Hotel Delite Grand

During my previous stay, I had accidentally left behind a personal item, and to my surprise, the housekeeping team had kept it safe all this time. A special thanks to Supervisor Mr. Jitendar from the Housekeeping Department for his dedication and professionalism. His efforts ensured that my belongings were well taken care of and returned to me in perfect condition. This level of service reflects the hotel's integrity and excellent customer care. Highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding hospitality and responsible staff!

Rooms were unclean, management was out of order, and the place is overall very shady. Lots of inconsistency in booking via any app. The hotel food was overpriced and not up to mark and they didn't allow outside food at all

A Very good upper class hotel with modern amenities. Food was very good, You can have Swaminarayan & Jain food also if you explain while ordering your food. The linens were very clean and good. The restaurant and bar are separately located, so no hotchpotch . Buffet breakfasts have a lot of variety, Indian, Punjabi, south indian, bakery, juices , you Will get tired, testing all recipes. Very neat and clean, impressive lobby. Carpeted passage, good room furnishing leaves long lasting impressions. The staff was also very cordial and gentle. Overall an upper crest hotel.

Rooms have great facilities. But need to be maintained a bit more. It can be a very good hotel

We had a family get-together at Delite Grand. Hygienic and cleanliness. Tasty Food and Good Quality. Service was really appreciable. Mr Kirshan Pant managed it nicely. And Service staff was so polite. Highly recommended for family get-together.

Rooms are good. Food was really good. Stayed there recently for official tour. One big let down is that Room was without any ceiling fan. Hence, always seemed stuffy. In this category of hotel, it is expected that the Room should have a fan. I have never stayed in a good hotel without a ceiling fan, and this was for the first time. Very strange. Otherwise, everything else was good. Especially the live music during Dinner.

It was a wonderful stay at this property. I was traveling from Los Angeles, California to Faridabad for my father's spine surgery at Sarvodaya Hospital. I booked this randomly with a lot of apprehension but was pleasantly surprised by the cordial hosting from the hotel staff. The food served to the room was delicious and the room service was prompt. The only improvement I can suggest is to ensure that guests having late-night parties in their rooms do not disturb other guests at the hotel. A few days, we heard a lot of noise due to guests having late-night parties, as the room walls are not soundproof.
