CS Boutique Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at CS BOUTIQUE Hotel, and I want to especially highlight the excellent service provided by the hotel manager Mr Ramanand Ji. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly made a difference in my overall experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful, clearly well-trained and motivated by great leadership. Any requests I had were handled promptly and with a smile. It's not often you come across such genuine hospitality. Thanks to the manager's efforts, my stay was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Disappointing Stay with Poor Conditions I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was in bad condition, with no proper ventilation, making it feel suffocating and uncomfortable. The staff were unhelpful and did not understand even simple English, which made communication very difficult. Food was extremely overpriced, and the quality did not match the high cost. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

It is an old building and decent level cleanliness, but yes its not very good rooms, hotel staff is nice. Location is good. Food was average.

Had my wedding reception party arranged at this venue. From top to bottom, service was exceptional. Mr. Nagesh, Mr. Negi and Mr. Raghavendra (if I remember the name correctly) were always there to assist. Party area was decorated very beautifully. Food was delicious. Staff was disciplined, helpful and ready available. Rooms were clean and sanitized properly. Overall it was an amazing experience. Highly recommended !!
