Chutiya experience 3rd class room no cleanliness dirty bathroom many mosquito don't visit pls.

Decent room at bahadurgarh location. But they ask payment offline there even if I had book on their website and paid . I had to pay twice . They don't consider payment on their website. Room was nt well cleaned and ready .

Quality is very poor, a lot of smell is there like vomit area. Dampness smell, uncleaned toilet, non working service, uncleaned bedsheets , TV is not working. Full night I couldn't sleep due to a lot of mosquitoes were there as pic attached. Don't choose if u want comfortable stay.

We checked in here as we were traveling to Sirsa from Delhi and my wife was feeling unwell. This was the closest hotel priced reasonably at Delhi prices. All other hotels except two and this one are priced three times than that of Delhi hotels. However Bluebird is truly one of the worst hotels one can get into. The other reviewer was correct, the owner's relative parties all night with loud music and it was horrible bhojpuri c grade noise that wasn't even pleasant enough to fall asleep to. When asked for some plates for food, the service guys refused at first and then gave us broken and unclean plates. The bathroom was dirty as hell! At least they had harpic lying around so I had to clean it myself before even thinking of using the toilet. (see pictures) The staff are extremely rude, unprofessional especially the lady at the counter who is not only stubborn and stupid but at times I felt that she was mentally incapable of having a normal conversation. This hotel gets used by college going guys and school going girls for "day use" where they come in and leave by covering their faces. Oh and the towels we were given had blood stains on them. Whether that was period blood or if someone was murdered here who knows? However the most appalling issue was when we checked in the prices on Google and everywhere indicated were 1000 rupees per day, even the owner on call confirmed so. However on our second day the receptionist lady informed us it would be 1500 rupees. Despite taking the booking at a fixed price and not informing us in any way whatsoever that they would charge extra if you stay more than a day. I guess we were disrupting their "day usage" brothel income so they decided they could extort us for more money.. Pathetic!

It was the worst experience. The hotel owner partyed full night with loud music. There was no cleanliness. Room quality was bad. There were lot of mosquitoes.

Hotel rooms are neat and clean and staff was very polite and supporting. Location also is nearby metro. So over all good experience.
