Most Badest poorest people and place in ambala cantt. They always cheat with customers. In my program no electricity backup in marrige Hall how embaracing for us.

Pathetic worst place in Ambala cantt. If anyone want to ruin whole program go for this place only...

Service was slow. And the food was Okiesh.

The Sangam Resort is a nice property. Don't expect like other business hotels. This is a marriage and celebration property. Located 6 km from the Ambala Cantt Jn Railway Station. If you have own conveyance, then you can have a hazle free stay. Good staff cooperative to customer needs. If you come with family, this would be a ideal choice. Nice and clean room and washroom.Calm and quiet property. Nice room. Good WiFi

The rooms were not well maintained they charge you quite a high price when compared to others, don't go by the reviews online on booking websites. The room we got had bugs in its bed. They had only 1 room which was maintained well and was vacant so we had no choice left than to upgrade and pay nearly 3 times the original booking price. Pathetic service.

Most pathetic service from both Property Manager and OYO, as per reviews called them before booking for confirmation wherein OYO staff mentioned its confirmed. However next day when reached at venue property manager mentioned there is no booking or room and on the other hand he mentioned to call oyo and get the property transferred as tell them the reason customer didn't like it. Property manager was complete with negative attitude didn't bother to serve the guests even as no sense of honoring guests with no humanity, as same with OYO the callback team staff bluntly mentioned they will refund the amount and get away. It was so difficult to look for some other hotel on the spot wherein when the family is with you, tired after travelling 300KMs. Not at all recommend, this property always fakes the reservations.

firstly they receive booking from oyo and take advance online, but when we reach at resort they told we don't have partnership woth oyo and told more than double charges. conclusion they cheat with their customers staff is also not available,there is only one security gaurd at night. drinking water is not available, they told water bottles is given by manager and manager reach after 9.30 am at resort. tv is available but there is not any cable connection. it is also out area. And I don't make any story and i don't have any personal enemy with owner, i share only my experience.

No one should go to this hotel, they don't take bookings for joys, they charge the room rate as per their wish after wiping the hotel, its a fraud.
