ARMAAN RESORT

I booked entire Armaan resort and Sangam resort for my daughter's wedding. Our guests complained about the services and the food quality. The owner made many promises in the beginning but made us disappointed at last. Services are very poor and I will not recommend this to anyone. Please don't waste your money here.

I'll give 3/10 score for Armaan Resort because of some points which I've mentioned below- 1. Poor services 2. Poor management 3. Poor food quality 4. They didn't provide towel, toothbrush, etc in rooms 5. No lift, we have to go to top floors (4th,5th) by our own 6. Room cleaning/ helper for cleaning not available on time 7. Delay in services e.g. We told them to get the breakfast ready by 9am but they gave us at 11 am due to which our function/ event got delayed 8. They'll take advance payment and make promises but didn't fulfill it 9. Our guests complained about the services which was really a disappointment 10. We told them to get the mandap for pheras setup inside but they denied and all our guests sat outside for pheras in such a cold weather. Many got fever the next day 11. Some of our guests made online booking for its rooms by giving advance payment and it got accepted on the portal. But the moment they came for check-in, the manager denied by saying we don't take online bookings.

Sweet talk. Tall promises. What was promised was not delivered for the marriage functions in Arman and Sangam Resorts. Poor service, poor food quality prepared under unhygienic conditions and always short of quantity. We felt cheated and do not recommend for family functions. Every thing turned out to be below average.

Last week on 19 nov th we booked the entire resort for a family function. Our entire family is disappointed about the room service and food quality. the commitment they did they didn't deliver they cheated on us. I will not recommend at all .

Worst experience. 1. Do not book this hotel through oyo.. Initially they (hotel staff) will say ur booking is confirmed.. Then when u reach the destination (ambala) they will say u dont have booking and need to pay additional money. Meanwhile they will check in and tell oyo that u have already checked in- moral- hotel ppl are fraud. 2. Pathetic room service: no one picks up call at the reception. There are no towels. Gyser is non functional. No luggage boy. 3. Cleanliness : dirty and stained bedsheets. 4. No connectivity to the hotel.

I booked Party hall of Armaan and Sangam for rooms on 19th November 2022 . But I had very bad experience of food, Management, lack of knowledge , Sameer is a owner of this property but he is not mature to handle any kind of customer. He commited non veg quality but all in vain. Very bad quality of non veg and veg. I would not recommend to anyone for stay and party function. Worst experience ....

overall experience was good, dining area is ample but parking area is not so big, if i talk about bathrooms they all were dirty & smelly....if you are going to book go for it because it is also pocket friendly but make sure you check & talk about short comings, waiter service was also poor......thats all good luck for your function.....

Prepaid booking done from OYO app and owner/staff denied check in. Excuse made by the person were as follows 1) Construction going on in hotel so no rooms available 2) You made online prepaid booking and OYO doesn't give us money so we are not taking online bookings (But the hotel is live on various online platforms) More issues 1) OYO denied refund at first and hence i rate their customer service as 1 star as well. 2) No one came to attend us at the gate. When called the only contact number on board, the guy offered us a room in a different hotel but requested us to pay 500 and he would pay the balance 500. 3) The road to this hotel is unpaved and travelling here was kind of offroad experience with no street lights and also required us to cross a drain. 4) We reached here at 7pm and when we were refused to check in, we were in a situation that you don't want to be in if you are with your family. So i request you to confirm your booking once before visiting to avoid any such hassle.
