Hotel Vivek Plaza, Ambala Cantt

"The hotel is very dirty and unsafe. Please don't visit because the staff has informed us that the location is very dangerous. Murders and fights frequently occur here. The hotel is damaged, unclean, and lacks service amenities or staff. I suggest that safety guidelines should be present in online bookings, as people travel and rely on your platform. If not, we checked in at 10 pm, unfortunately, we need to stay in this situation."

Some rooms are good but some are in bad condition. Check the rooms carefully before booking. Basic amenities like TV and AC are not in working condition.

Stayed here for 2 nights, no complaints at all. Staff are fantastic. Good air conditioning and good WiFi in the lobby and room. Hotel is very clean and has a lovely rooftop area. I felt very safe in this hotel as the floors are manned by the staff. I would definitely stay here again and recommended to friends.

This hotal is not good respectly staff

In the 1st week of June'2016, during the tour to shimla, we stayed in hotel Vivek Plaza. The hotel is just approx. 300 mtrs from Rly. Station. Free from sound pollution. Rooms found really neat & clean. Service is also good. The most heart touching thing, the hotel staff served prepared Allu Prantha with curd in break fast and Rajmah Rice in lunch. Ohh the preparation was so delicious, tasty. Unforgettable.

Located right in front of a sewerage nallah, it stinks and you can not sit in the hotel even for 5 minutes. You will find pigs all over and due to this, hotel remains empty and therefore they don't even clean the rooms and toilets. I booked through Goibibo but immediately after check in and after getting ready left for work and changed the hotel in the evening paying two times for a night.

Reasonable price, good service, well behaviors of staff. The main thing is free from sound pollution. Good wi-fi network. preparation of meals is hygienic. really a nice experience of stay in this hotel.

I stayed once in Vivek Plaza Hotel. The rooms are well furnished and hygiene. Service is also very good. I got totally impressed by the facilities and the way the staff treated me in the late night hours as well. After that whenever I am in Ambala I used to Stay in this Hotel.
