The property is HIGHLY MISMANAGED, illiterate staff execute tasks in leisure. Check In Check Out process is horrifying. Restaurant: They keep teasing guests till food is ordered. They expect guests to place entire order at once... What sense?? Overall they really need to learn management from scratch. Don't pay for the ONE and ONLY USP of Sea view rooms Sea view: 5/5 Rooms: 2/5 Staff and service: 0/5 Restaurant: 0/5

We took super delux room. Room was very big. Mattress was comfortable. Super delux room Sea View with balcony was fabulous. Very close to the temple. Takes 5 mins walk to get to temple. Food in the restaurant was tasty.But gujju thali ya proper gujju food was not up to the mark..Not satisfied with gujju food .Breakfast contains Alooparatha,Idli sambhar ,Dosa Sandwich was good. But everything is neat, tidy and clean. You need to take a pass from somewhere near the temple parking area, in order for you to take your car to this place. So first take a place otherwise your car will not alloeed to enter..Really like the view ..You will get both Temple and Sea view

Never book a room in deluxe or a super deluxe type of room in this hotel. It's not at all good and you will regret your decision. These types of rooms are in urgent need of renovation. There is only one good type of room, and that is Premier. So think and then do the booking.

Not value for money about 2500 only room. A very big delux room poorly maintained !! Underlighted due to non functional lights, 3 pin plugs broken so difficult to charge mobiles or use mosquito repellent. Room stinks of pesticides. Dull n depressing room. Not tasted food yet. Approch road completely dark, not lighted at all. Wish i had not come here. Have pics but didn't find option to attach here. Good parking available

Not good behaviour, the reception never informed about Gita print book, at the end check out they deducted cost., we have not stolen the same, in our India Gita is very important book, and how can we take Gita, in our home we have the Gita given by our father. Very shameful and not responsible person

Worst place to stay... Even though paying 3500 there is no proper service.. Rooms are dirty. Bedsheets are dirty. Bathroom is stinking and half things not working on bathroom. Tv not working. Ac not working.All the staff are rude. worst restaurant. All food items are cold.. They are not ready listen. Please don't stay here
