I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the hotel room and overall service. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The check-in process was slow and disorganized, with staff seeming unprepared and uninterested in helping. When I finally got to my room, it was nothing like the photos--unclean, outdated, and poorly maintained. There were visible stains on the sheets, a strange odor in the room, and the bathroom was far from hygienic.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.Rooms and washroom are ok but hot water supply is only till 7:30 in the morning.Even in these winters.They don't know the meaning of hospitality at all.They denied the request for even a tissue paper then you can imagine.Please don't book it if you are travelling with senior citizens.They will not even help with you luggage.Such pathetic staff.Mosquitoes in the room and they will straight away deny any request for all out.I think it's better to stay in a dharamshala rather then wasting your money in this pathetic place atleast people will be cooperative there.

Located right near the Shree Somnath Jyotirling Temple. We stayed in a room with four beds , and it was enough to accommodate all of us (5 people ). Cost was decent as well - total cost of the room was 1800 rupees for one day. They were very accommodating in keeping all our bags for safekeeping in the reception after checking.

Let me start with the extremely polite and helpful service from the staff. It was a little hard to reach them for the booking ( I only called them in the morning about 2 hours of the stay to be fair) but it was worth the 15 calls I made over 2 hours. The location is both a boon and a bane, you are practically next door with the temple and the shot from the top is amazing but it also is in a location where the neighborhood smells of dry fish so be prepared. The rooms itself were clean and the Lenin was the cleanest I have ever used. There is some renovations happening but my stay wasn't really effected by that. I had missed to make a small payment at checkout and the call I got to ask for that was surprisingly polite. They genuinely believed that I forgot the payment instead of assuming I skipped on it. Overall for the dead cheap price I payed for the stay, i would say I got twice or more value for money.

The hotel is good and clean. Water was pure( salt free). And near the temple made it easily accessible.

They charged us 3600 for 2 days for 4 bed which wasnt even worrth it. Bathrooms so dirty. The onlh plus being its close to temple. The rickshaw guy got us directly there sohehas his commission in it. Thehotel beside itcharged 600 n this one was 1800. N no room service at all. We heated milk for our baby n they even charged 10 bucks for it. Plz do ur research before booking

The location is just behind the somnath temple but the amenities are not good. We have taken this hotel as we went in shravan month and no bookings were available.

This hotel has closed down it's operations since COVID 19. I don't understand who is writing fake reviews. These fraudsters had duped me for more than 12 thousand rupees which I paid them online.
