Hotel rooms are excellent. Hotel's location i.e. GIDC is prime . Since the railway station is just 1.3 KM away from the hotel ,the location is very convenient. Additionally there's good breakfast available in the morning right in front of the hotel. Very bad experience at 1:30am. We both are married coupled and we showed him our marriage certificate as well still that guy didn't allowed us to book the room as my adhaar card as a wife is not updated as per my husband's name. Which is not possible for me as a corporate working women and we got married 3 months back. Very bad behaviour and not at all understanding staff. Never go there.

I was new to Vapi and chose Hotel Orange for its affordability and modern amenities. During my five-day stay, I found the food to be of excellent quality and taste, prompting me to dine exclusively at the hotel. The hotel's management went above and beyond to assist me when my train to Mumbai was delayed, arranging for an auto and ensuring I reached the bus stop promptly. They even coordinated my boarding onto a bus and followed up with a call and WhatsApp message to ensure my safe travel. The level of care and attention shown towards guests is truly commendable. I am immensely grateful to the hotel management for their exceptional hospitality.
