Overall good. Excellent customer service. Timely resolution. Timely assistance by chef Anuj bhai , by preparing kaadaa for us, when in dire need. Good guidance by Messrs. IDRISBHAI, hotel GM, Syed Uzairji and Rameshji. Good service staff Vikesh, Pinto. Laundry was good and prompt.

Good Experience. Food including Breakfast was good. Front office staff are very professional. Concern is with room washroom. Not upto mark, broken door lock, hot water not working properly. Rooms little conjucted. Parking area is ok. Location of hotel is little inside from main road,

Rooms are clean and small but enough for family of 3 . Service too was good . All basic items you get from water bottle to toiletriese.breafast was also good many options but some item like dosa and parata they have to work on it Dinner buffet was also good .near to railway station book uber auto you will get it for 4O rs normal auto we paid 90 rs . We had a comfortable stay and liked the property

Not for family or proper sleep. No water, no ac working small room. Any options for negative rating. Unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment. The room was dusty, and the bathroom had visible mold. The bedding didn't seem freshly laundered, and I even found hair in the shower. Definitely not worth the price.""This place is outrageously overpriced for what it offers. Tiny rooms, outdated decor, and terrible service. You can find much better accommodations for half the price elsewhere."

Me and my family had a good experience overall with the Hotel. The place is well maintained and also the staff is quick. They were also very hospitable and accomodated way earlier than Check In Time. It can be considered a bit pricey but overall a good experience

We hosted my daughter's 2nd birthday at hotel veronica in Vadodara. Guests and all of us had an amazing time. Service, food were of the highest quality. Highly recommend this venue as a one stop shop for event. You will get the right advice and all the support you will need to ensure that your function goes through as per your expectations. Edrish , our manager was there at the every stage to guide and ensure that everything went smoothly. Extremely happy with the end to end experience!

Had my sister's engagement here. Everything planned and arranged from guests stay, lunch and dinner to engagement ceremony in a two day event. Extremely happy with the staff Mr Edrish, Mr Ramesh, Mr Mehul, Mr Uzair and everyone in the supporting staff. Speacial thanks to the chef for Great food for all the events.
