Four Points by Sheraton Vadodara

GOBIND KUMAR|During my recent stay at the hotel, I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. The best part of my stay was the attentive and courteous service provided by the team--especially the front desk,restaurant and housekeeping staff. From the moment I checked in, every interaction was handled with a smile and a willingness to help. They made sure all my needs were met promptly, making me feel truly welcome and valued.|The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that added to the comfort of my stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything in top condition throughout my visit. The staff also made great local recommendations and were quick to assist with any queries I had, which added a personal touch to the experience.|If I were to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the in-room dining options. While the service was prompt, the menu could offer a bit more variety. However, this did not take away from the overall positive experience.|I would gladly return to this hotel and recommend it to others, primarily because of the excellent service and dedication shown by the staff.

Good stay at Four Points. Good room service. Credits to Govind, Mohini, Kamal & Krisnendu made sure to make my stay at home. I really feel its a good place, little pricy at 3.6k per day but good place overall good ambience and all. Even buffet is very good.

My stay at four point vadodara was excellent. I stayed there for 4 weeks.staff for room service and dining is very much gentle and cooperative. Mr.Gobind in dining was very well mannered.i found him more than better during my stay.|Other staff as well as facilities are also very good.||Overall feedback from my side is 10 on 10.

It's a basic type of hotel located comfortably within the city and close to the airport. Nothing sort of luxury or super convenient but good for a couple of days stay that too when you are out for work all day. However the staff at the hotel are excellent and courteous. Food is good!

The food is delicious and service is also good. Mohini and yesha were helpful throughout the dining.|Ambience and food choices were good. I have booked through district app for discount and it was worth deal coming here with family.|Special request for anniversary was requested through app, but it was may be ignored.

Property is good. Hospitality is also very good. Only thing is that be careful about toilet and bath area is slippery. So be careful for seniors at time of taking shower. By the Grace of God my Grandfather was saved but he had some minor injuries and hotel professionals are completely helpless and pass the ball on customer's head. Other than this, property is excellent from every point of view incompared to other reputed hotels in Vadodara. In upcoming day we are going to stay in this property only if they can understand our concern. Great Hotel with Absolute Hospitality..

Small business hotel, typical of Four point. Guess this was a different hotel before Sheraton took over. Bathroom was clean but dated. Right next to the road and at convenient location. Fuss free , they provide you good breakfast with mix of South/north Indian, continental and local Gujarati flavours. Egg and dosa's are made to order. Spent only a night and it was pretty expensive. Paid price of full fledge 5/7 star hotel ($150+) as i didn't have a choice as it was last min booking. Tip: Anything beyond $50 it's not worth. Unless you're exploring close by. Staff is friendly.
