Hotel sunrise Cave

I recently stayed at Hotel Sunrise cave in the heart of SURAT, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel is ideally located in the city center, making it easy to explore all the best spots -- from famous landmarks to hidden gems. The check-in process was quick, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The room was spacious and modern, offering a comfortable bed and stunning city views. I loved how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hotel also offered fantastic amenities, including with panoramic views of the city, a well-equipped gym. What really stood out was the location. Being in the heart of SURAT, I could easily walk to nearby attractions like VR MALL, Dumas beach, and enjoy the vibrant local culture. The hotel even provided a free shuttle to nearby areas, which was a nice bonus. If you're visiting SURAT, I highly recommend staying here. It's the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and great service. I can't wait to return!

The hotel has neat and Clean Rooms. It has supportive staff who ensure the comfortable stay. I have stayed here for more than 5 times and I would like to stay here for my next Surat Trips.

Very good hotel as I have gone through many hotels but in this budget they give us deluxe type of rooms the rooms are also very huge with having a great view and also the bathrooms are too clean and big so will feel comfortable over there it's a very good g Hotel for stay

The facilities were very poor no service Ac don't work properly No water supply in washroom Not maintained nicely Dirty bedsheet and pillow.

This is very worst hotel no rooms proper clean, no service, no water, water flshing tap and bath water tap is in working condition. I recommend dont go here.

This is the second time they denied checkin. Booked from agoda and goibibo. They don't accept online booking. And they are not removing their hotel from online applications.

Ambience is too good & behavior of staff is also great !!
