Unfriendly Staff - The front desk staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They didn't seem interested in assisting guests and gave us incorrect information about amenities and services. Dirty Rooms - The room was disgusting. It wasn't just dusty, but there were stains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom, and the floors hadn't been cleaned in weeks. We immediately requested a new room, but it was no better. Unmaintained Facilities - The pool area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The tiles were cracked, and the water was cloudy.

This is a very nice resort, peaceful and silent, staff supportive, room and swimming pool perfectly cleaned, JAIN FOOD is very delicious here and has lots of varieties. The team at Restaurant Anna makes really good food

It is a beautiful place, worth coming with family once. The food here is delicious and the service of the staff is also good.

Very nice experience , staff was very helping and coordinating... Food quality was good same like homemade less spicy & oily.... Must try to stay.....

There is no security guards during day and night No staff available Hot water not available in bathroom. Cleaning of bathroom not done and not maintained properly In bathroom there are not available of bucket, tumbler etc. I will not recommend to anyone for booking of Van Villa resort at Sasan-gir.

It is a good resort with the best location. And the food is very tasty. And the service by the staff is also good.

Tomuch dirty bath room, room is like a don't clean in one week, this is a wastage of money, this is not like a resort it been look like a hotel without amenities, no security gard also, not a servicing staff also
