Sapphero Jungle Vista Resort - Sasan Gir Resort and Hotel

I recently visited this resort with my family and would like to share both the positive and negative aspects of our experience. The resort is beautifully located and very well maintained. The surroundings are peaceful and scenic, creating a perfect environment for relaxation. The rooms were exceptionally clean, newly furnished, and thoughtfully arranged, which made our stay very comfortable. However, the food was quite disappointing. Although the presentation of the dishes was impressive and looked delicious, the taste did not meet our expectations. The food lacked flavor and was not enjoyable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the lovely ambience and excellent room conditions, but the culinary experience definitely needs improvement.

I recently stayed at Jungle Vista, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was seamless, and the team was friendly, attentive, and accommodating to every request. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with a modern yet cozy touch. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I slept like a baby throughout my stay. The amenities provided were top-notch, and it was evident that the hotel pays attention to the smallest details to ensure guest satisfaction. The location of the hotel is fantastic, away from the commercial areas but also convenient to explore the nearby attractions. The pool was well-maintained and a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The meals at the hotel were exceptional! Both lunch and dinner were absolutely amazing, offering a variety of flavorful dishes prepared with great care and quality ingredients. The dining experience was a true highlight of my stay, with attentive service and a menu that catered to every palate. The breakfast, while fresh and delicious, could have had a bit more variety. While the quality was excellent, adding a few more options to cater to different tastes would elevate the experience further. Overall, Jungle Vista is a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth, and the manager guided us seamlessly, even accommodating our last-minute booking with ease.The resort's air-conditioned rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, featuring flat-screen TVs, comfortable beds, and private bathrooms with all the essentials. Our room offered stunning garden views, and the serene ambiance made every moment relaxing. The property's highlight is its beautiful outdoor sitting area, surrounded by greenery, where we enjoyed morning walks and evening chats with soothing jungle vibes. The swimming pool was a refreshing delight, perfect for unwinding, and the kids loved the play area.The on-site restaurant served delicious, authentic Gujarati and Indian cuisine, with every dish prepared fresh and bursting with flavor. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to customize meals made dining a pleasure. Sapphero's pet-friendly policy was a bonus, allowing us to bring our furry friend along without worry.Located just 10 km from Gir National Park and Devaliya Safari Park, the resort is ideally positioned for wildlife adventures. The staff helped us plan our safari and recommended nearby attractions like the Crocodile Breeding Centre (14 km) and Somnath Temple (38 km), saving us travel time. The spacious parking area and free Wi-Fi added to the convenience.What truly sets Sapphero Jungle Vista apart is its exceptional hospitality and value for money. The staff's friendliness, from the 24/7 front desk to the room service team, made us feel like family. Excellent property to spend time with friends and family and to relax. Staff is very prompt to serve. Food was fantastic. Kids can have enough play activity area.

1. TRUST GOOGLE MAPS. You'll feel that you're getting lost, but No you're NOT. 2. Once you enter, Mango trees EVERYWHERE. Lush green, Serene and QUIET with peacock sounds in the background. 3. Since we visited during mid week, we were the only guests here. So, they upgraded us to a Private Villa / Bunglow type room. Spacious, CLEAN and tidy. Every room has a little jhoola in front of it & a sitout balcony both in the front and back. 4. The staff is very humble and caring. 5. Point to be noted : Jo bhi idhar khaana banata hai naa... HE KNOWS HOW TO COOK !!! since we were the only guests here, he cooked us everything out of the menu and BHAISAHAB EVERYTHING WAS JUST CHUMMA !!!

Clean spacious and tidy rooms... Tasty Jain and regular food(all 3meals)... Nice garden and enough free space for kids to play...

Very bad experience. The room was dirty, and the staff was not helpful. Things were not as shown in the pictures. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to others.

Terrible experience. The staff was rude and the room was in bad condition. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
