They say hot water supply anytime...But they provide hot water for bathing only between 7:30 to 8:30 at morning.... We requested them to provide it when we wanted but they clearly denied us... In this era of time we generally have bath after coming to our home or room. But what if we don't get hit water for bath even..... So clarify for the same matter before you book a room

Good rooms at this price. we spend 900 per day non ac however there were black ants roaming so if you go then first check the room. 24 hrs hot water available because owner had set up solar there.

Rooms are just as shown in the picture. The owner is very nice and the staff is small yet helpful. Located in the centre of Rajpipla it's a good option for a budget stay and not very far from the Statue of Unity. There aren't much hotels yet for stay near by the Statue except for Narmada tent city. Clean room with washrooms and water and we were satisfied for what we paid.

Room was Ok enough for single person. Stayed here for 3 nights. Went on a solo ride from Bangalore to statue of unity and other places of Gujarat. Room was ok, clean and maintained. Daily cleaning was also done by staff. Owner was friendly and polite and helped in parking my bike. It's on main road, so parking of 4 wheeler can be tricky. Just about 24kms from SOU is advantageous. For family, when there's no other option this guest house can be chosen for a night stay. There are only 2 main restaurants nearby where you can have comfortable food.

Nice to stay here for one night halt. But no room service available. You have to manage yourself the things required. Even drinking water also.

As per the tariff of the room, the room is satisfactory. Same as what is shown in images. Basic bed, beddings and washroom facility. Tea, coffee and bournvita is available on a phone call. The in-charge is cooperative. Hot water is available.

Room was clean , 3 people can accommodate in one room easily . It's good for those who is wishing to spent less money on accomodation with no luxury view .

Reasonable price and normal facilities, hot water is available 24hrs and per 2 persons charges as if Feb 2020 is 800/-.
