Hotel Reva

Worst service.... Receptionist is very Arrogance in talking..... Wrong commitments....they talk very sweet before the booking and later they switch ther words...they have issue with washroom water... And hot water ...in between found staff resting in booked room... They are not intrested with giving better service to the customers.. After asking questions they say "Hamein Garaj Nai " So i would personally request you to think before doing the booking..... And ensure what they commit...

We arrived and was greeted at reception and taken to the restaurant where we had an amazing range of food cooked fresh with great service. The team then took our cases to our rooms which were clean and tidy with a great view of young banana trees at the back of the hotel. To sum up our visit the team where great food amazing and fresh overall amazing.

Excellent Family-Friendly Hotel - Hotel Reva! We loved our 2-day stay at Hotel Reva while visiting the Statue of Unity. Clean and neat rooms, friendly staff, and a family-friendly atmosphere made it perfect. The in-house restaurant served great food. Ample parking space was a bonus. Morning and evening views were stunning. Highly recommended for families! Hotel Reva ensured our stay was comfortable and memorable. Ideal choice for Statue of Unity visitors!

I went to reva hotel 2 days back. Service is very poor. No hygiene. Rooms are not clean or not up to the mark. It was very bad experience for me. They charged 4000 rupees for 1 room but service and room are not worth full.

hotel staff needs to take care of guests. For example at midnight people were cracking firecrackers and playing dj.

I just loved interior of room , hotel lift interior. I stayed for 2 days. Rooms light effect and arts painting were added beauty to the ambience. Staff was very polite and cooperative. For every request that I have made they responded promptly. And main highlight of this hotel is food. Tasty , authentic and delicious food they served to us. We have tried kathiawad dishes . Plenty of car parking space. We will definitely stay in our next trip

Good rooms with poor service The rooms are nice. The location is also okay. It's reasonably priced too. But their lodging service is very poor. Staff is unprofessional and most of the times there is no one at the reception. Their restaurant is very good and the food quality and service at the restaurant is excellent. If the owner changes the lodging staff the hotel can excel in all areas.
