Rajvant Palace Resort

Location and Nature are very nice. But inside working staffs are very very rude and mannerless. Due to poor hospitality and behivour of staff never visit that place. It's spoil images of Raj Gharana. Simple word Bakwas Staff and them way of talking.

Nice place with a museum, recommended if you are interested in south Gujarat princely states

Nice and tidy rooms. Good food. Best place for filming and shooting movies. It also has amazing museum. Get lost in history of this palace in the Museum. Must visit place with children and family. Nice natural views around palace. Very peaceful place. Really good place to stay.

An excellent example of modern palaces that were built in the last century. The small museum has a lot inside it, ranging from crockery to gramophones used in those days. Good room facility with locations that can be used for low budget film making. The place is serene.. but not a must to visit.

This is a resort turned old palace(Rajmahal). One will enjoy the atmosphere and furniture fixtures of old times at the rooms/suite. Even the food is sort of home made and tasty. There is a museum too inside the resort for rewinding to the bygone times. One has to be mentally prepared to go back to old time so as to enjoy the stay.

The owners of this palace are doing a very good job to give a second life to this palace. Still a long way to recover the original beauty of the building, but the willing is there ! Must be visited to see the improvement.||The place is beautiful and quiet, staff is kind and helpful.||A very good place to stay with family and visit Statue of Unity ! I strongly recommend.

Probably with lack of interest or high maintenance costs the place is ignored. There is a museum in the palace with similar relics as one might find in a palace museum. The place is small, something like a small palace of the area. The ticket charges is Rs. 30/- per head (Nov. 2018). ||One can find old relics of Maharaja with a area dedicated to lot of family photos. ||Rest of the place is closed and locked. Had a peek at the back garden and the swimming pool. The pool is kept dry as there is no one to use it. ||Although not a great place, it a good stopover on the way to Vadodara from the Statue of Unity as Sardar Sarovar.
