The Sky Imperial Aarivaa Luxury Boutique Homestay

The architectural design of the building is very nice. Room was spacious and comfortable to spend time. Basic food and beverages were available for room service. We could order food from outside. The only challenge was the 4 wheeler parking. We have to either use the very narrow front road that leads to the home stay from main road or take the back side road through the rough patch on the side. Aside this if guests are using public transport then there is no issue. Sky Imperial is one of the best luxurious stays in Rajkot.

Rooms are spacious, location is great but cleanliness was poor. And Rooms were not maintained properly. Everthing was falling apart. The regulator of fan and tap from the kitchen would come in our hand if we use it. Otherwise the amenities and service provided was good. But not worthy of the cost.

Great place to stay, Dipak was an excellent host very friendly and talkative helped me learn some kamcho Gujarati. All other staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and comfortable and very clean. Second stay here and I would always come back. Thanks Dipak and team.

If you are travelling with kids this is not the place you want ro go to. Hot water comes in the morning only. In the evening or night you don't get hot water. They are VERY RIGID with money matters and may not co-operate (even through make my trip or others ) if you don't find the rooms comfortable and want to cancel. We experienced torn cushions (pictures enclosed) Rooms are nicely done but very poor maintennace. Overall VERY BAD experience here.

Stay was very good , rooms were clean . Warm water available. Good location near main market. Highly recommended. Whole staff was good & helpful. Thanks a lot.

Good stay. Bit of renovation is needed. However rooms are spacious and location is super.

I had a nice stay at aariva. Property is great. The area is good. The room was pretty huge and clean.

When I arrived, no one was present at reception. No one bothered to attend me. The room was dirty and full of hair. Dirty linen and towels. They did not even changed used water bottle in the room.
