Phoenix Resort | Best Destination Wedding Venue, Top Banquet Hall, Restaurant in Rajkot

I visited Phoenix Restaurant in Rajkot around six months ago, and I still remember the experience quite vividly. This place offers a comfortable ambiance with a modern yet cozy vibe, perfect for a casual meal or hanging out with friends. During my visit, I decided to try their pizza and mocktails. The pizza was really impressive -- it had a crispy crust with a good balance of toppings. The cheese was perfectly melted, and the sauce had a nice tang to it without being overwhelming. I tried the classic Margherita pizza, and it didn't disappoint. It was simple but flavorful. As for the mocktail, I opted for a fruity one (I think it was a mix of orange and pineapple, but my memory's a bit fuzzy on the details). It was refreshing and sweet without being overly sugary, making it the perfect drink to complement the pizza. The presentation was also on point, which made the experience even better. The service was friendly, and the staff seemed well-trained. They were prompt without hovering, which I appreciated. The overall vibe of the restaurant was upbeat and welcoming. One thing I'd mention is that it can get a bit crowded during peak hours, so if you're looking for a quieter experience, it's better to visit a little earlier or later. All in all, I had a pleasant time at Phoenix Restaurant. If you're in Rajkot and craving a good pizza and refreshing mocktail, this place is definitely worth checking out. I'd love to go back and explore more of their menu.

The food at Phoenix Resort was absolutely delicious! My family and I truly enjoyed the variety and flavors. A special thank you to Jay, Krishna and Chandana for their warm service and hospitality they made our dining experience even more memorable!

Excellent service. Very much satisfied. Ambience is good . Quiet and calm green, fit for relaxation with swimming pool. Luxurious rooms , courteous staff, good food suitable to our taste and hygiene maintained every where .. very satisfying stay

I went to the restaurant with family and friends a few days ago and honestly the interior was quite nice. A very instagrammable place I'd say but the lighting was so bad in the dining area that you can't get a nice pic. We had punjabi food and it was okay. Like it fresh but the taste was pretty average and the service wasn't that good. We had to ask several times for tissues and etc. we were 7 people and the bill was 5.5k so I'd say not worth it at all. Even at the end of the dinner they just handed us a cheap wet tissue like seriously? We've had a much better service experience and food for a much lesser price. The only thing good was the atmosphere that's all. The staff was polite no doubt but needed to up their game a little.

"The Holi celebration arrangements at Phoenix were excellent and beautifully organized. The food was also delicious. I was impressed with the overall arrangements and the staff's hospitality, including the food arrangements staff and the swimming pool staff. I would like to extend special thanks to General Manager Mr. Birju Pandit, who is a truly wonderful person. He took great care to ensure that even the smallest children were having a good time. During my visit, I witnessed him patiently tolerating a child throwing a water balloon at him. Instead of getting angry, he smiled kindly at the child, which was truly heartwarming. Overall, my family and I had a fantastic time celebrating Holi at Phoenix, and we appreciate the efforts of the entire team in making it a memorable experience."

I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below expectations due to both the quality of the food and the level of service received. The food was cold and was also lacking flavor, and the service was very very slow and unprofessional. Despite bringing our concerns to the staff's attention, there was no effort to resolve the issues or improve the experience, inspite Mr.Krishna was arguing in senseless manner. I hope you take this feedback very seriously ans try to train your staff to behave properly with every customer. I hope you will look into this matter and take steps to improve both food quality and service standards going forward. One of your waiter confirm with us that water bottles will be complimentary from and then at the end when we received bill.the water bottles charged were mentioned in bill..I tried to resolve but your waiter Mr. Rajnish was arguing senselesly. Overall its was a horrbile experience and it's Not Worth a Money and also Not Reccomendable in any of our corporate events in future... Jatin Parmar
