Hotel Harmony

On day one, we booked a classic room. While the room itself was acceptable, the bathroom and toilet didn't meet our expectations. On day two, we were upgraded to a Classic Deluxe, but unfortunately, the room was essentially the same as the Classic room--if not worse. The issues with the bathroom and toilet remained the same. Despite being charged almost double for the second day, we were disappointed with the service and the lack of explanation regarding why the accommodations didn't meet the expected standard.

Very basic for the price they charge. Not worth it. Did not have water to shower in the morning and the staff is very unkind and not helpful at all. I do not recommend anyone to book here. Please look for another hotel!

It's just a place to stay overnight. Services can be better. Food has limited options. Rooms were clean with hot water available.

Nice hotel with good and neat rooms along with friendly service. I feel like the location could've been a bit calmer but nonetheless, not a bad hotel for the money.

This hotel back in the day used to be the best hotel in Porbandar. Now, it is probably one of the worst and their high charges of an average of 3000 INR a night is not justified by the bad service and living conditions. No im not just saying it. The food menu has been vastly reduced, ventilation very poor. It smells really bad of dead fish in the corridors and rooms. .m The paint on tlhe ceilings is stripping off with mould starting. And tte light switches disgusting along with the wood in the door frames been eaten by termites. When i said i have decided to check out early they charged me for 3 nights stay stating it is their terms and conditions. There were actually no terms and conditions advertised anywhere and i definitely did not receive a copy as it was a phone booking. When it came to pay, their card machine does not accept mastercard or visa so i was faffing around for an hr or two. NRI's please avoid now. Not worth the stress.

Location is nice. Everything at a stone throw distance. Rooms are habitable . Most of the cuisine is soaked in oil. Some ACs need upgradation. There is a need to invest in better WiFi connectivity.
