We are staying here for 2 night 3 days , Location of the hotel is good , rooms are quite specious . But various things I would like to get to notice , 1) Poorly room was given , bed sheets were old , had stains . 2)No amenities were places in the bathroom . |3) 1 day had request to send water which after giving reminder after 1 hour it was send. |4) over the phone had a word with Mr. Priyanshu front office staff around 7 AM and extended 2nd stay . I had clearly asked if the tariff included breakfast which was confirmed yet Ms. Anju rudely spoke and took charges for breakfast additional.|5) Before leaving for breakfast, I had called housekeeping to clean the room , they informed to call reception for the same .|6) After personally informing Ms. Anju to get the room clean while we are having breakfast. After returning to room after 65 mins almost yet the room was not cleaned . |7) completely poor management of handling the guest . The Brand like Lords this kind of service is not expected.

Hotel Room was not even cleaned and the had smoking smell all over. There were hairs all over the bed and the old used coffee packets on the study table. Washroom was not even cleaned, stains all over the mirror, pot had stains of urine and red spots on the rim. Worst front desk person. Does not even care if you complain about the issue. Worst shift manager, who is not even available at the property. You will have a nightmare experience if visited.
I recently had the misfortune of staying at The Lord's Inn hotel in Jamnagar, and my experience was extremely disappointing. While the hotel's exterior and location were decent, the service and behavior of the staff were unacceptable. The front office executive was rude and unprofessional, displaying a complete lack of courtesy and respect. The check-in process was delayed, despite the lengthy 300 km journey from Tent city, Dordo. After a tiring trip, I arrived at 9 pm, expecting a seamless check-in process. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met and we were made to wait for an inordinate amount of time. As a paying guest, I expect a certain level of respect and service, which was sadly lacking in this case. As a weary traveler, all I wanted was to rest and refresh after my long journey. Instead, I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. While the hotel's facilities, rooms and breakfast may be satisfactory, the subpar check-in experience left a sour taste in my mouth. As a paying customer, I believe it's reasonable to expect a smooth and efficient check-in process, especially after a long and tiring journey. The hotel management needs to take serious steps to address the behavior and training of their staff.

Restaurant had good food but serving time very very late. This happened when the crowd is very minimal, infact only 2 were there.
I booked a room with Lords Eco Inn Jamnagar for Feb 8 2025 for single day and I'm currently staying in it while writing it. However, I have issues with their food quality and preparations. I ordered four dishes: Chilly Grlic Noodles - too much chilly oil and stale noodles - changed promptly with Hakka noodles but stale noodles problem stays. Dal Bukhara - Worst ever dal bukhara I ever ate and don't why a burnt aftertaste was therr after every spoon. However - never consumed more than 2 spoons and left it Kadhai paneer - gravy is shit - paneer they are using is okay - person who prepares this isn't preparing it with full attention or zeal required to bring intended taste. Left it again waste of money Garlic Kulcha and Garlic butter Naan - Pls don't go by fancy names - they both were hard as leather with no taste probably bcs dough used was stale Service quality is poor as you can gauge by this thing that along Hakka noodles nobody cared to bring any soya sauce along with and despite calling about this 2 times I dropped the intent to consume this. In-all Food wise it's a poor choice.
I'd like to give my feedback for the house keeping guys.These people are very punctual, polite and ready to provide services during odd hours. Always ready to render there services whenever required. Specially helps us to live in a hygienic and clean environment. Thanks to Rohan , Ankit and his team.
Rooms are good but resturant & service 3rd class do not order anything at restaurant it takes 40 minutes to make one omlette like seriously
