CLUB MAHINDRA PAVAGADH GUJARAT

My name is Dr. Jigar Patel, and I recently stayed at your Club Mahindra Pavagadh property for 3 days. I regret to inform you that this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've had at a resort, especially from a reputed name like Club Mahindra. We encountered several issues during our stay: Poor hygiene standards, including dusty kitchen equipment and unclean washrooms. Unclean balconies and overall lack of maintenance. Persistent Wi-Fi issues. Faulty or non-functional key cards. These issues not only impacted our comfort but also raised serious concerns about the quality and standards we expected as members. We had trusted Club Mahindra with our holiday experience, but unfortunately, this stay has completely shaken that trust. We sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and ensure significant improvements at this property. As members, we expect much better service and hospitality. Thank you for your attention. List if issues. 1: Delay in all the services - Housekeeping needs to be called multiple times before they actually deliver it. 2: Poor housekeeping - The rooms are filled with dust. All the corners, tables and wardrobes, sofas and chair cushions had dust accumulated and stains of various kinds. Sofa and chairs were filthy. 3: Pool Deck was not cleaned - I stayed at Pool STU. Upon checking I found the pool area to be filled with cigarette butts. Throughout the stay I requested to get it cleaned multiple times each day but no one cleaned it. The housekeeping told that pool cleaning staff will clean it and pool cleaning staff blamed it on housekeeping. Even after reporting it to resort manager it was not addressed. 4: Restaurant - This restaurant has the worst management and food quality and service. I opted for buffet. The taste of food, quality, refilling was no were close to other club mahindra resorts. Even the tiny of requests were either ignored or straight away rejected. No server was able to get roasted papad. I had to go and ask the chef to give roasted papad. The papad served were half burnt and half raw. For buffet throughout most of the items were jain. They did not provide regular option for it. All the other resorts have both items jain as well as regular. The breakfast dosa were undercooked. One could see and feel that the cheese has not melted. It was frozen while it was served at the table. Also half dosa was missing. All of these restaurant issues were happening while the restaurant was not even occupied 50%. This is not the experience one would want. And on top of it the manger or the staff were unapologetic for all the poor service provided. No one was interested in resolving it or making the stay happy. It felt as if we were uninvited at the resort.

Visited with parents, spouse and kids in March 2025. Though situated below the pavagadh hills on good roads, there were no signboards showing the resort is nearby. No nearby eateries or shops. Rooms were decent but cleanliness should be better, air-conditioning takes time to cool the room as it's split ac in the rooms. Fans run slow. Two balconies in the room and good view of the hills give nice feel to the stay. Being relatively a new resort, some facilities are still to be improved like indoor games, service time in restaurants especially for Ala Carte. Staff were very pleasant, polite and gave good combos, discounts on restaurant food. Though no travel desk is available in house, travel contact was shared by reception which was used by us for local sightseeing and airport drop to Baroda. They charged fairly. Kids play area, pool areas were good. Recommend the stay.

One of the finest resort by club Mahindra in terms of location, surrounding. Ample parking space. Staff is courteous. Location and rooms are nice Restaurant - food choices are good but turn around time is huge, for simple sandwiches and tea we had to wait for more than 1 hour. That's why I am giving four star, turn around time at restaurant needs to be improved.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at club mahindra pavagarh resort, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and excellent service. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was attentive to our needs. The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, well-maintained facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Whether it was the buffet breakfast or the fine dining experience, the quality of food and service exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights of our stay was the range of activities available. From lounging by the pool to exploring the beach, spa treatments, and adventure activities, there was something for everyone.

Worst experience. Non cooperative and immature receptionist. Reached resorts at 5 am. Almost full resort rooms were vacant but reception manager reached at 8 am and adamant to provide room at any cost. We were ready to pay. Property also not good. On road, lots of vehicles noise. Lots of mosquitoes at reception. Just a simple, small hotel unit. Just waste of time and mood. It's not a standard of Club Mahindra

I had a normal experience of stay but it was not at par of Club Mahindra standards. Property is very good, infrastructure is developing but service is main issue which required a lot of hard work. Staff behaviour and attitude was not appropriate as per service industry. There was no travel desk , how a person will manage there without having own vehicle and resort is about 5 km from city . Front desk staff refused that they don't have travel desk.

Worst Experience at Club Mahindra Halol Pavagadh I recently had a terrible experience at Club Mahindra Halol Pavagadh. My booking was done through a travel agent, who had already confirmed the reservation. However, upon arrival, the property refused to acknowledge my booking. After multiple calls to the agent, the hotel finally agreed to provide us with rooms, but it took them 2-3 hours just to clean the rooms and allocate them to us. The inconvenience didn't end there. My booking included a meal plan with breakfast and dinner, but when I approached the reception, they refused to honor it. It took another 1-2 hours of convincing and multiple requests before they finally agreed to provide what was originally included in my booking. To make matters worse, my booking was for three people, and it was supposed to include an extra bed. However, the staff again refused to provide it. I had to call the reception four times, and even after multiple follow-ups, the extra bed was not provided until very late at night. My family suffered throughout the stay due to this complete mismanagement. This was the worst hospitality experience I have ever had. The lack of coordination, unprofessional behavior, and poor service completely ruined our stay. I do not recommend this property to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience.
