GR Imperial Hotel

So I visited this place at 930 pm and we ordered a few things which are on the menu but they were not sure about our order We said 2 in quantity but they bought one and we were there for a birthday celebration so we gave them cake to keep until all guests doesn't come in And when we said the waiter for the cake he just bought it without opening it and didn't even brought matches for the candles to light up . Okay this doesnt matter But when they made the bill they did 2 times mistakes We ordered 10 rotis but their bill.had 16 and one more thing that we didn't even we ordered In short It was the first experience but the worst one I'd expected good but my luck didn't work Also there were a other family nearing to us their order came after almost an hour so they got their whole food free Guys please improve it because if you don't There are low chances of your survival

New property. Rooms are spacious neat and clean. Breakfast was nice. Service and staff is well mannered. Recommended for stay in Gandhidham

We are Second time visiting this restaurant for dinner. The food was absolutely delicious. Each items felt thoughtfully prepared with fresh ingredients, and the presentation was excellent. Rates little much high but ok .

Hotel rooms is Good...But service very poor...specially at night. Not even provide water.
