Weekend Address

I stayed at this place for a week, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. First of all, the location is very far from the city, with no mobile network coverage. The service was extremely poor. I accidentally left something behind, and when I called later to inquire about it, they denied having it and claimed they had thrown it away without even confirming with me. The food was tasteless, and you have to wait endlessly for refills. The staff they have hired are not professional at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone--it is definitely not a 4-star experience. I sincerely hope they make improvements.

Weekend address - on Dumas road surat This is 3 star hotel. And there was some apartment also. Apartment was take care by some other. So much confusing. Any way hotel staff was very cooperative and easy check inn. Rooms are quite nice. Clean room and clean washroom. If u want to stay budget friendly place. So good place to stay. All over good place to stay

The staff member at the registration desk was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly, quite rude. They seemed annoyed by my questions and were not at all welcoming. This made for a very unpleasant start to my stay. I expect better from a hotel, especially considering the price I paid. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's customer service standards."

What a worst decision to be staying at this property. Our stay was on 28/29 March 2025. Starting with rooms Rooms were smelling, they had cockroaches all over the bathrooms, Staff- from the reception to every single staff- everybody seemed alien to their own job, the guy at reception did not help us with early checkin despite we told them we have a baby. Everything was about taking extra money- money is never an issue when the services are readily available. Lifts were never cleaned. We took the staff to make them see too. The dust had collected in corners and the buttons of the lift are either not working or broken Food and services- poor food quality whether it was the breakfast or at room service. There was no additional help on the food for a small child even after the requesting. We asked for a prantha without chilli , they could not even serve that. The manager to the on ground staff came thrice or may be more times to ask whether we will pay or will we pay later. I mean the point is we will pay but 4 people while we are eating don't have to come and ask Charged us for kids meal too, small katori of dahi too. In the end they even asked us money for just plates and bowl too. Play area - pathetic , looks like they never washed it also. The swings were cracked and filled with crow shit. Swimming pool - seemed like the water was never changed. Overall - this is one of the worst ever bookings we ever did. Seems like they are in debt and for anything they would ask you money. May be even for breathing in their lobby. Having a big building doesn't matter if you can't have a customer experience in the end. Waste of money. Pathetic hotel service

The rooms are huge but the service is not to the mark... specially the front desk. It is located close to the airport but around 30mins away from the railway station. Seems like it is still under construction. Food is good but there seems no quality check... had been for a marriage and in one of the starter I had a corner of a plastic packet in it. Surprisingly when requested for extra glasses and cups ... flimsy plastic glasses were sent with a bill with 10/glass!! It has a beautiful lawn and there is ample space ... if they improve on their service level this could be a good place. It is too big a hotel and seems the people managing are incapable of doing so.

Review: I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, the staff was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. The check-in process was chaotic, with no clear instructions or willingness to assist. When I finally got to my room, it was dirty, with stained sheets, a foul odor, and a non-functional air conditioner. I reported this to the front desk, but they were dismissive and even hostile, refusing to address the issues. The service throughout my stay was appalling. Housekeeping never showed up despite multiple requests, and when I asked for fresh towels, I was met with an eye-roll and a curt response. The restaurant was equally disappointing, with cold food, delayed service, and a staff that seemed annoyed by basic requests. What made matters worse was the constant noise - walls were paper-thin, and the hotel seemed to do nothing to control rowdy guests. When I complained, they shrugged it off and acted as though I was the problem. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care is unacceptable. If you're looking for a relaxing, pleasant stay, avoid this place at all costs. It was truly a horrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Pure Vegetarian hotel, More popular for marriage and banquet hall, Marriage crowd more then hotel guest, Single reception for both hence front office is always crowded, Good rooms, neat and clean, multiple lifts, wash rooms are clean, helpful staff, food is good, all necessary bathroom toiletries. Very limited Breakfast buffet spread two north Indian and two south Indian, decent room size, bed sheet and covers were neat and clean, overall good.
