OYO 65794 Purple Valley

It's weekend duplex home property but they converted as a home stay property , staff is coperative, it's half km from main road of Ubhrat, Ubhrat beach is 4 km away from home stay, its outside farm property that's why campus area is big, security is available. atmosphere is best but service problem is observed, care taker person mr balwant Bhai & other stuff is supportive, if u compromise service problem then it's best option for u for calm & relaxation stay

The description of the property given on MMT is in section of Villas & Bungalows, and on the contrary when you reach there, you find that you're given a room inside the bungalow which is dirty, dusty, A/C dripping with water. The care taker of the property say that only one room is given to all, and when showed him the water dripping A/C he says you can use the room downstairs. We go to check the condition of the room is again dusty. Next day I call up the Host Jugal. He says that we can shift to another studio bungalow and stay there. We shift the next day from room to studio bungalow. The Bungalow looked decent, but again, had no lights in Bathroom, dirty bathroom interior. We still try n adjust. The AC worked fine till morning 7.30 and then stopped working. Then we're informed that One phase of electricity is gone and it'll take time. My partner took shower in cold water as the geyser didn't work as one phase was gone. The phase was repaired by afternoon when we're not there in the property, and had gone for our work. That night we returned by 3am and find that there's no electricity at all and there's complete blackout. We had to sleep just like, completely drenched in sweat. Till next day morning the electricity isn't restored. the care taker didn't do anything. The next day he went around 11am to GEB and complained there. and the electricity got restored at 2pm. That night we returned at 3am again and found that the AC isn't working again, as one of the phase is gone. Every time we complained to Jugal to which he gave us the option to change our location to somewhere near Surar Airport and that place is 25kms away from my work location. The guy didn't seem to have any sense of distance n timing. My partner also found Used condom wrapper inside bathroom of studio bungalow and she was disgusted. The host Jugal Initially said that he'll try n refund us money as we had horrible experience. But later when we actually asked for refund, he was like I'll get nothing after deduction from MMT as they'll deduct 42% amount from the whole paid amount. And he said he'll refund 1500 only. Never in my lifetime I've found such pathetic place to stay and such idiotic Caretaker and host. And the another important highlight. The security gaurd at the gate used to sleep all the time and repeated honking for 20 mins used to wake him up and he used to open gate only wearing an underwear. My partner was embarrassed to see him like that. But he had no shame. And when I reported this to Jugal n also the caretaker, they both said the security gaurd is local guy we can't really say anything to him. please try n understand. The pics on MMT shows swimming pool n all, which is infested with water snakes. Never you'll find such a Horrible property to stay. Please DO NOT pay a single penny for staying in such a horrendous, pathetically dirty place.
