Vatika Green Resort and Restaurant

We, group of physically challenged womens using Wheel chairs, recently had a fantastic picnic at Vatika Green Resort and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our picnic feel truly special. We particularly enjoyed the Raindance, Artificial waterfall, Garden and selfie points. Staff is very co operative and helped us to climb wheel chairs at steps at entry point and swimming pool point. Whole garden is Wheel chair accessible. There is also enough space for making Ramp at entry point and swimming pool point and wherever steps. If ramp is available at that points, whole Resort will become Wheel chair Accessible. So, there is one suggestion to management, to kindly povide ramp for Divyang persons and senior citizens. So, they can enjoy all the points independently with Accessibility and resort staff and group members can help them easily for climbing wheel chairs.

Below was my previous review however they are really good on taking feedback and improving services. Second time we visited the food was premium quality and management also personally attended us. So updating it here. Food great, view and service awesome And best part is they acknowledge and improve. Previous review. (Rooms I don't know haven't stayed. Location awesome, every corner photogenic, food ?? Well worst for its price. Even 45 rs sandwich is better than the one they give here. So go enjoy scenario have a tea and eat somewhere else. I visit frequently so I will update if they listens and improves.)

It was my Birthday and we enjoyed the location and especially the service from the team and karthik bhai who helped us right from booking to service. Whatever was conveyed to us during the booking was provided and the campus is so nice and silent and we enjoyed the location. The food was exceptional and the service team was always ready to help at a call. I want to visit again is the experience I carry with me.

While the hill view is amazing, with cleaner air, Airtel connectivity is a problem which can be resolved by climbing up the hill. Whilst this resort doesn't deserve proper rating, for the service is pathetic! The food isn't that great! Bland and terrible taste, like chewing something that doesn't feel any different from eating something stale and synthetic! And the price? Unworthy and too much room rate. We also get fake decorative props as some kitch visual spectacle that can only appear to be such a dull thing to look at. Reminding us of boring low-budget cgi effects films! This sorry place of such low value can be forgiven, provided it charges low rates. And the suggestion notice board is written in terrible hindi, a symptom of Hotel management pretending that they don't need writing professionals.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about this resort. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The check-in process was painfully slow, and the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. Food is very bad Not proper management

Overall good. Location is amazing. Need improvement in swimming pool cleaning and towel availablity at pool. Also my finger got injured due to bad condition of adventure park steel ropes. Please change steel ropes.
