Mr. Pranav is different. He understands customer service and goes all out to do so and which is a rare quality in this sector. I booked 3 rooms and on reaching there realised that I had errred in the dates. He did all that he could have not bothered to do but he got us in the rooms. Thanks Pranav. Pls keep up the good work. Full marks to you. Rooms are very large. The hotel needs to spruce up its house keeping and room service response. The entrance of the hotel can be beautified even though the area may not directly fall under them. The restaurants serves lovely food but the quality of breakfast can be better

The hotel is situated in an excellent location in VV Nagar in Anand Gujarat. The rooms are quiet big and spacious. Amenities will not be provided. We have ask continuously to get it. In the bathroom drainage smell is coming. ||||The breakfast is monotonous and lot of ants are there. Totally they have to improve. The housekeeping person is not trained enough to handle customers.

First of all whoever rated this place 3 and above my condolences with them as guys you then surely need to travel outside Anand and better places a lot. To start with whatever listed while booking nothing even close to it delivered. Pls dont get fool with their add on services as they dont have anything as such. Food partner Grill trust me they can grill you food quality sucks and no propoer billing and invoices, so Business travellers be aware, talking about Hygiene I would give -5. The only thing that forced me to give them 1 positive star is their room sizes, rest Google pls bring in negative marking too to help people review better holistically

Such a badest behavior. Manners less staff. F**king responses from staff. Such a idiots are there in this hotel. Teach them first how to behave then open again your hotel. Mannersless fellow. It's good to go in local restaurant and waste money rather than waste self-respect over here by mannersless staff. Don't go guys it's such a management less resto.

I had the worst experience with this hotel. I had booked some rooms and made advanced reservation. I also paid cash in advance. But later, the hotel owner informed me that they didn't have necessary facilities for the time period that I had booked rooms for. So he made arrangements with some other hotel for me. Later, after check-out, I was charged the payment for rooms of that other hotel whose charges were exorbitant for me. I confronted the hotel owner who told me that there was nothing he could do. If Opulence hotel did not have required facilities, why did they take my advance money? First they took advance money, then shifted me to a costlier hotel (citing the reason of lack of facilities) and then I was made to pay higher charges. It was a horrible experience for me. Not only did I pay extra money but I also went through a lot of harassment and agony. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay was couple stay for one day (28th Sept 21). Tariff card rates were too high, so booked the room via Goibibo after reaching hotel. Got good deal. #PROS# 1. Room: Huge Spacious Clean Furnished Room(4/5) 2. Location : Centrally located in VV Nagar, good access to transport & food hubs(5/5) 3. Facilities : Lift & Car Parking space available(4/5) 4. Staff behavior : Good (4/5) #CONS# 1. No hot running Water in room bathrooms. They give hot water buckets on demand, as many as you want. 2. Toiletries had to be asked. But they provided immediately. Hotel management must resolve these long repeating complaints from travellers. I did not used the TV and didn't take any meals. So no comments. #SUMMARY# It is a value for money hotel. The biggest WOW factor of the hotel is the Room size & interiors. Cons are manageable. Recommended. Thanks

Rooms are only good in photos. Found cockroaches in rooms after we moved in. Manager changed the room for us but then asked to move back to the other room. Cleanliness was not upto the mark.

I stayed here for 2 days. Location is very good. So many eateries around the hotel. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Breakfast is available but they order from outside but it was good. You have to choose from 4-5 options.
