Third class service, no manners how to talk with geniun customers. Totally experience worthless. Dont recommend for anyone.they behave like every couple is illigal

The housekeeping is great. Special mention for Bhatt sahab from their in-house kitchen. He is very cordial and also has a keen eye to see that the guest is comfortable . I found this hotel a very ardent follower of Mahadev. Owner takes personal feedback from the guests and does not allow any slackness from his employees.

Very poor service. Rooms are not as shown in photos. Response is also poor. They order food from outside hence place order well in advance.

9/8/24 10.30 pm v went n asked for availability, they said yes n v got conformation n 1700 for 3 guys ,v paid that, v went for dinner n came back 11.30 ,they said ur room was on 3rd floor n they dnt hv lift , not having enough staff,to carry luggage n v hv heavy stuff, v request gave us on 1st floor they said v don't hv room, owner talked very badly n rudly,like us v r beggers ,after somuch talked v decide to move on , they said u dnt got ur money back, after so many things v share n they agree to give only 1532 out of 1700, 168 they tuk for gst , which they dint mention, I request don't go to this hotel,morning 11.15am I got our money back after 6 phon calls, plz dnt go to this hotel in amreli.

Hotel Rooms and Services good. But improve washroom Sanitarey item... Flush, Shower Panel not working, also Jet spray proper not working. Cleaning, AC, services good. Thank you. Hitesh Doshi...

My worst experience till date. Have to stay in hotel. Didn't know how to talk to customers. I was told that customers like you are not needed. I was given checkout time of 10:30 and I left the room at 10:45. I am 15 minutes late Because of which I had to listen so bad
