Neatly given rooms. Good hospitality. Hygiene not compromised. Ram Pandey Supervisor kitchen was hands on serving good food and ensures to take utmost care. Hygiene factor was not compromised

My experience at Hotel Crown was deeply disappointing. The property was extremely unhygienic to the point where it was difficult to even breathe comfortably. It's clear that the hotel requires urgent renovation to meet basic standards. Additionally, there seemed to be no proper management or supervision in place. The operations were being handled by just a few boys who appeared untrained and overwhelmed. I would strongly advise against staying here until significant improvements are made.

I booked a deluxe room in November 2024 itself via agoda.com for 3 days in the last week of January 2025. However, just 3 weeks before, they asked me to cancel the reservation due to some maintenance work, due to which I had to book another hotel, which cost me more than twice the original price!

Good service and my experience is good, rooms are also good, cleanliness has been taken care of, very good staff, food is good, overall best hotel
