The stay was great and everyone was very hospitable. The rooms were clean and very sanitary. The house staff was soft spoken and very attentive. All in all, I had a great time staying here and will likely visit again. The buffet breakfast had a great variety.

The food is very good and taste. The service also very good. The person Ashik is very polite serve people.. keep it up your quality..tq food is really nice and really good quality definitely I will visit again |Thank you so much Ashik you make me happy to your service.

Best service from front desk.. food was Amazing....veg ,nonveg, desert every thing was special want mention Ms Mofidas name she was extremely polite.....and coperative...we likeed this hotel thank you so much...... will come back again....

Hotel is pretty good, Provided early check in morning without any prioer info, rooms are well maintained full with amenities. Staff is very good specially cheif vishwajeet bhiswas and his food.||Overall lovely experience, Great hotel and great staff

The food was great and the staff was very nice and helpful specially Mr Ashik was proactive in serving the food and checking on the quality of food being served.Nice hotel and value for money with centrally located with easy access to different areas.

An absolute horror story. Understaffed restaurant only one person to serve all guests at dinner and breakfast. Broken toasters which are unique to this amazing property toasts only one side of bread. GM is so busy that he has no time to meet aggrieved clients. Staff at front office misleads by saying at one moment GM is in a meeting and after 10 minutes GM is not in hotel.

The service is wonderful by the entire staff in the dining area. Even I can even quote by their name due to the wonderful interaction and kind nature of everyone Chetan, lokender digambar, swati and akansha ... Thanks team for hosting us
