Pam Inn Regency Hotel

Had a fantastic stay at Palm Inn! The hotel itself is great--clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is absolutely amazing, with everything you need just a short walk away. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast--delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay!

Poor Feedback for Hotel Palm Inn I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at Hotel Palm Inn. The room facilities were poorly maintained, and the bathroom faucet was completely damaged upon arrival. Although it was replaced after I complained, such issues should not occur in the first place. The breakfast service was a disaster. There were no suitable options for fasting guests, and basic items like juice took 15 minutes to be replenished. The fruit bowl was almost empty, with just a few faded watermelon slices. The breakfast coordinator's unprofessional attitude made things worse. When I asked about the delay, I was told that I should have come earlier for breakfast, as after 9:00, items start to empty. This response was highly inappropriate and disrespectful. At checkout, when I requested a feedback form, the manager said it was unavailable. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, his dismissive response--"as you wish, we have no issue"--was unacceptable. This stay was far below expectations, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will also share this experience with my colleagues to ensure they avoid such poor service. Rating: 0/5

One of the worst experience in service. Today morning I checked out and left my jacket by mistake in my Room Almirah. But whole day noone from Hotel contacted me that I left my jacket there although my all contact details were with them... When I realised in the evening that I have my jacket left, then I contacted my client to collect from hotel... This is highly highly objectionable

Good food and good health environment

Good experience. Staff's behavior is polite. Food service in room are affordable (almost same rate as restaurant). Easily access transportation.

Worst service experience here and No cleanliness, No drinking water and No hot water. Breakfast was fully worst and all items are completed. Once complete that items they are not arrange. Receptionists and manager was not supporting to give the bills as per my company policy. My self paid the amount whole business trip cost because not possible to claim that bill amount. Not recommended at any cost for business trips. Once you stay in that hotel , you loose the money yourself. For pam inn:- Please understand the customer requirements and support to them. Maintain properly cleanliness, Breakfast taste, drinking water and hot water.. Those are all basic needs.. My final suggestion is don't enter in that Pam Inn Regency Hotel in Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This is my worst experience in my business trips.

Location is right on State Highway with ample parking. I didn't stay in the Hotel so can't say anything about that. Visited the restaurant for dinner. Dal Tadka was good. Tandoori Roti is made of maida, tawa roti is also having maida mix. We ordered home style bhindi with no powder masala & less oil. Bhindi came deep fried, almost black in colour with too much tomato masala. Manchow soup was good but less salt.
