Fenicia Riverside Resort

Our stay at this resort was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond, offering us an early check-in and late checkout at no extra cost since it was available--such a thoughtful touch. The property itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained surroundings that truly set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The two on-site restaurants were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options, and the seating areas added to the overall charm of the property. One of the highlights was being able to use the lounge and pool table all night long, making our evenings both fun and relaxing. The courteous staff, top-notch amenities, and serene atmosphere make this place a gem. Definitely worth visiting again!

I had perfect stay at fenicia last night. They had the best service plus charges. The staff is too humble and kind. The property seems to be really pretty, the aura is absolutely stunning. It is a perfect place to stay in south goa. A must visit.

Worst hotel/resort or just call it vacant space. I booked this property for 2 days but after seeing the property condition and staff I hardly spent few hours . IN SHORT - I complaint about the room condition to the hotel manager he started arguing with me. After sometime they offered me a new room which was also in the same condition (stinky smell, walls were leaking, tiles were broken etc etc...). they charged me 8000 room rent for a day. I asked for the refund but the manager refused and started arguing. I went back to the room booked a flight ticket and checked out without fighting for refund as all the staff is from the same village where the hotel/resort located at and I felt very unsafe and without a second thought I left the property for the safety of my family. This place is a scam pictures we see on google are too old and this resort stinks, you will feel unsafe and this resort feels like haunted. All the good reviews are fake. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Stunning property in south Goa, nestled near the tranquil backwaters. The rooms offered breathtaking views, and the food was exceptional. What truly made our stay special, however, was the impeccable service and the warm, courteous staff.

Guys, don't stay in this hotel at all and don't ruin your vacation in Goa, you will surely get a better option. This is one of the worst hotel I ever visited in my life. Listing down the issue below - 1. The owner of the hotel has recently sold this property without proper handover and new owner is least bother to support. 2. Less staff is working here so every service is delayed i.e. rooms were not clean, food is not delivered on time, food quality is bad, breakfast is delayed, don't refill the food once those are finished, owner doesn't know how to manage the staff, owner don't know which staff is working on certain category i.e. housekeeping guy was sent to see the hot water issue instead maintenance guy. Staff is also well trained to give false commitment. 3. Image shown on website are too old, they have not maintain the same quality. Swimming pool is not clean, garbage was kept aside as it is, the passage light is not working at night. 4. Bad quality towels, quilt and bedshit was given. The kettle and glasses were not clean, the kettle's condition is very bad it had rust inside. 5. They don't have proper BAR in hotel and liquor is very expensive. You can't have the liquor near to swimming area and only enjoy at room.

For the value of money this place was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. However the hotel in general could do with some major refurbishment. This is no fault of the people that work there, which is why I'm leaving a fair review. Chairs around the pool, the pool itself - it's dirty and you cannot swim in it - and parts of the hotel room (bathroom, bed sheets) could do with some refurbishment or replacement.

Very forgettable stay. Nothing special about this place. Beach is not accessible from here although you can see it from your room. Resort is old and dilapidated. Those running it are not good at hospitality. This is not even fit to be called a 3 star hotel.
