Hotel location is perfect with subway, KFC, a 24 hour restaurant round the corner and Baskins right opposite. Hotel is neat clean and smells really nice. Rooms are clean and spacious. Service is top notch and breakfast is good. Only negative point is the bathroom. The room we stayed in the bathroom was smelling musky and old. Needed some update while the room itself was clean and nice. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend if your on a budget.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel HQ in Goa! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The room service was excellent--quick, efficient, and always accommodating to our needs. The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming, making our stay even more pleasant. The morning breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to start the day right. The location is perfect--situated in a peaceful area yet close to the market. It's convenient with Subway, Pizza Hut, Zudio, and a gym right in front of the hotel in the same building. Plus, having KFC on the ground floor of the hotel was an added bonus! Everything about this hotel was just perfect, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Goa!

I recently stayed at The HQ, Goa, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I had booked a room one week in advance, specifically requesting a king-size bed for my partner and me. However, upon check-in, we were given a room with split beds, which was far from ideal for a couple. The issues didn't stop there. The air conditioner was not working, and to make things worse, there was no water in the toilet. My partner was stuck in the washroom due to this, and when we asked for a solution, the hotel staff merely provided a bucket of water instead of fixing the problem. When I approached the reception to request a room change, I was told that rooms were subject to availability and that I had to accept whatever was given, without question. This is highly unprofessional, especially considering that I had paid more than the listed hotel price for my stay. Overall, the service was unhelpful, the facilities were poorly maintained, and the experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Goa.

Had 1 night stay with my wife and 2-year-old baby. Staff was very accommodating with out request for airport transfer and king size bed for the baby. Overall impression of staff and property is very good. Location is very near to Vasco railway station and bus stand. All fast food joints like KFC, Pizza Hut are closeby. Only issue we faced was with the water pressure. It kept going on and off like it was taking air. Other than that the breakfast spread was nice and had good taste.

Attended their breakfast buffet(450rs something PAX) before leaving for my cruise. The restaurant's staff was extremely friendly, and the food was also good. The restrooms were clean and the decor in the lobby was nice. I would definitely recommend this especially to those who want a place to crash before their cruise.

We had our jewellery exhibition on 15 n 16 feb 2025 at banquet hall hall is spacious well maintained also We also booked room for 2 days. Very neat n clean staff are very polite especially manager Ram Dubey help alot.location of hotel also prominent for new person. We are glad to refer this hotel for everyone

Everything was perfect and good I loved this hotel I prefer everyone one if they are visiting vasco please have a look at this hotel the staaf was friendly everything was good they haven't left any chance on having complaint
