Regenta Place Vasco Goa

We went for buffet for dinner and the food was tasty and delicious. The service during the dinner was really good all crew were having good behaviour. The amit have provided excellent service in coordinating. For best experience. I will recommend this buffet to my family and friends in future.

Aditya took our reservation for Mother's Day dinner. The experience was great to begin with. Then when we came upto dinner - the service is exceptional, Aditya, Rajeev, Shafi, Hussain under the guidance of Amit gave us a great dining experience. The elders all enjoyed the wonderful service and the food is also wonderful. We shall come again.

The property is maintained well. Location is great. Overall staff is courteous. Room : while two rooms were very good, one room smelt bad and not so good response from housekeeping when complained. Restaurant : Food quality is quite good, including buffet breakfast. But service is very slow. One aged family member couldn't walk down the ramp to the restaurant for breakfast and we requested for sending breakfast to the room. They flatly refused and I had to argue for long when they finally agreed reluctantly. Finally we decided not to take a favour. In hospitality business, there should a special consideration for senior citizen. Overall it was a good experience, but above two left us with not so great impression.

I stayed at Hotel Regenta Place, Vasco for 02 nights. Hotel building is new. Had a very pleasant stay. Hotel staff is very humble n supportive. The restaurant food menu caters everything. Food was very delicious. Cafe at ground floor is also nice. Looking forward to stay again in future with my family.

Excellent stag in Regenta. Staff is very nice. Food is also very nice. Nice spread of breakfast and Dinner Buffet. Rooms are very nice. Both check and check out procedures are very smooth. My second stay at regenta property, and absolutely lives up to expectations. Spotlessly clean, well maintained, lovely helpful staff, great food, great value too - well done - thoroughly recommend. In future will keep looking out for Hotels in this brand!
