Extremely Poor Experience - Not Recommended The hotel room was infested with hundreds of cockroaches, making the stay unhygienic and disturbing. The water supply is highly unreliable, often stopping without notice at any time of the day. The reception staff shows no sense of responsibility. Complaints are routinely deflected with the excuse that issues have been reported to management, but no action is taken. There is no accountability or follow-up. The lift is hazardous, with malfunctioning sensors that cause the doors to close abruptly, posing a serious safety risk. Overall, this hotel fails in hygiene, service, and safety. It is strongly recommended to avoid this property entirely.

Rooms were good. Food and service also good. Canteen staff is very nice. But a guy at reception asked for extra money for check in, tho i denied to gave him. Apart from that all good.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had to change rooms three times because each one was filthy--dirty floors, stained walls, and leftover food on the floor. The fourth room wasn't much better: stained bed sheets, dust everywhere, and windows covered in bird droppings. The noise from outside was unbearable, and the thin windows did nothing to block it out. Breakfast was a joke--dirty coffee mugs, barely any options, and staff who seemed annoyed by any interaction. Not even a toaster for bread was provided during our stay! Hence, we ate breakfast at a different hotel. To make things worse, there was no hairdryer and no toiletries provided, which should be standard in any hotel. During our stay (4 days) the room did not get cleaned once. Nobody even made beds and we had to ask for towels every day ourselves. This place is poorly managed, dirty, and not worth your money. Avoid at all costs.

I was staying 12 to 16 Jan 25. Reception staffs not co operate during check in and also not responding at all. Hot water not available for 24 hours and lift not working so we use by steps up to 7 floor. So in sort as per price , we not not satisfied at all. Request to management , improve your remarks area and service to all .

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR MEMORIAL DAY I chose this hotel to spend the end of the year. However it was a big mistake. The receptionists talked to me excessively instead of focusing on their duty during check-in. Which took my time more than 10 minutes for just checking in. The room was also the worst I've ever stayed in. Table, chair, bathroom, window, and bed sheets were completely dirty. The table and chair looked like they were picked up from a dumpster. Their breakfast was just as bad. The staffs didn't wipe the tables after others had used them. They were only cleared big leftovers, therefore, the tables and chairs were dirty. I even found ants drinking spilled chai at the food cournar. It seemed like the ants were part of the staff since the human staff didn't understand why I complained about them. I completely agree with other one-star reviews. This hotel is not worth the money. If you want to stay here, you should confirm whether the owner or their education system has changed first.

Pro: 1. In case you are passing by this place and need a room for a few hours, you can contact this property any time. It is very likely that you will get a room. 2. Decent restaurant 3. It's very near to the railway station Cons: 1. Pathetic service: checked in at 12.30 PM. and received the complementary water bottles at 9 PM. 2. Pricy, of course, looking at the room condition 3. Bed linens and blanket covers are not clean 4. Rooms are next to the railway station, so the noise of trains will disturb you.

Horrible experience. Staff is rude. Very dirty smelly rooms. Cockroaches and Mosquitos flying. Dirty linen. Ac and TV not working. Not worth even for free you should avoid. Very sickening. They took extra money and no refunded for the 3 nights.

The hotel and its hospitality is top notch, with clean rooms and good food. It is well located and easy to locate. We had a very good stay at this property. Hoping to visit soon
