Hotel Royal Palace

The hotel is not for the family, more over fan and geyser not working. These people will fool you saying rooms are going to book. Recommend better find any other hotel. The room is located on the 3rd floor but the 1st and 2nd floor looks like horror. Lift sucks....

The room provided was dirt filled on floor & not mopped. Washroom feet mop was also not there, when asked, the caretaker said that they do not provide feet mops, disgusting, you can't wipe your feet to get on bed. The washroom door didn't close properly, picture attached . Cockroaches found roaming beside bed. The flush tank cover & handle fell down everytime during flushing,picture attached. No bucket & the mug was real dirty. Promised hot water during booking, but while using, no hot water, had to shower in cold water. Bloated wall & paint chips just above head , picture attached. Visitors , examine the room before booking confirmation, else you will feel cheated while stay & then they don't pay any heed to your requests. Open rooftop area with tables & chairs, a positive side of this property, for dinner & late night conversations.

Our flight is at 11pm, we two friends came to Vasco Da Gama from Baga around 2pm. We roamed all over for an A.C room and couldn't find one., and few are very expensive. Then we happened to see Royal Palace and called the Host. She's very polite and friendly, understood that we need room only for few hours to fresh up and gave us Discount. The room is very clean and excellent (although the complex is unclean, this particular hotel is awesome, dont use stairs, use only lift) . Really happy, will visit again.

i just came from the holiday. The stay was beautiful. staff's are good. and the best part is there food is very good. you can get to any beach easily from here . behaviour of manager is also good. Neet and clean bathrooms & room service is also good. The rooms were large enough for the family to stay. The foods inside the hotel was bit on the costly side but you can get food outside easily nearby at low cost. The are many shops nearby and also a bus station yo reach major parts of Goa.

Rooms are good and clean. But you can get better deal on internet. Off season you can get AC deluxe room under 1000 easily. ( For two person) Number of restaurants are here. Hotel at the market place so connectivity is good. But the only main problem is there is no any dedicated parking area. Anyway you can manage to park your bike somehow, but for car no option. Thank you.

At the budget price, it is an okay place to spend a night or two. The hotel staff was nice and helpful in showing you all the nearest available options to travel etc. It is located centrally in Vasco and one can find many eateries and convenience stores close to the hotel. Rooms and facilities could have been better though.

Superb hotel, which gives a pleasant and soothing comforts to the guests. Amazing and outstanding service staff. Wonderful property on the Beach. Good and variety of cuisine available in this Royal Palace Hotel. Strongly recommend to stay in this beach whenever you visit Goa. Now every time I will prefer to stay in this Hotel.
