One Star - Very Disappointed I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating from start to finish. The service was incredibly slow--even though the restaurant was half-empty, it took over 30 minutes just to get our drinks. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and lacked flavor. I ordered the grilled chicken, which was dry and tasted like it had been reheated. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, and we had to ask multiple times just to get basic things like napkins and cutlery. Definitely not worth the price. I won't be coming back.

A lovely place with a decent fine dining area, I just stopped by with my friend to have a meal, it's a very comfy and quiet place to just hang out for a nice meal, the food is really good and the service is also great, overall a decent place for a meal in the city of Vasco. I had a very good experience on my last visit at this hotel.

Very bad service the waiters has got no respect for customers. customer service is the worst no proper response to the customer's ,we asked to put on the AC the waiter uncle denied for tht saying it was on and it just got off now , I went there with my cousin's he treated us like as if we wer not paying them and was showing egoo , the food tasted good but the customer service is the worst

Worst Food Ever !!! We ordered dal khichadi and found that dal (plain without tadka) was just mixed with rice..It was very dry, taste less. Staff was very rude and unsupportive.

In vasco there are lots of business men but like that owner of very big heart no one in covid 19 owner of Annapurna was giving food and ration for the people free of cost........he never told or gave a bite on media to show off.....there is a saying that whenever u give to others never show off.but secret......like Annapurna owner............. these star are not enough for him even 100 or more .......may god bless his business and his family

Room experience is excellent but hotel service is very poor. Quality of the food is good but No co-ordination between serving staff. Service not upto the mark. Can recommend for lodging but not for lunch or dinner.

When we asked for sauce along with sweet corn soup, the waiter did not provide the same . Not satisfied
