The ambiance is welcoming, the service is outstanding, and the attention to detail is impeccable.Our family had the most wonderful stay at this charming Portuguese-style homestay! From the beautifully preserved architecture to the cozy, family-friendly atmosphere, it felt like a home away from home. The kids loved running around the house, and my parents appreciated the peaceful vibe. The hosts and the supporting staff were so warm and welcoming, making sure every detail was perfect. We made unforgettable memories here--can't wait to come back!

After a disappointing experience at a villa in North Goa, discovering this place was an absolute delight! This villa is perfectly located within 4 km of two beautiful beaches, with all essential amenities close by, making it an ideal stay. The dabolim airport is just 5drife from this villa. From the moment we booked, the property manager maintained excellent communication, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. The villa itself is picture-perfect, with a beautifully designed hall, kitchen, and bedrooms--every corner thoughtfully planned and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with clean utensils, making it perfect for a family vacation, especially with kids. We stayed here as a family of 8 adults and 2 kids, and it truly felt like a home filled with warmth and care. Without a doubt, this will be our go-to place every time we visit Goa!

Owner was polite. It will be a very good for a big families and for any other trips with colleagues. Rooms are pretty decent and well maintained. Total 5 rooms are available. All the amenities are provided inside the house from kitchen, fridge to washing machine. We had stayed for 3 days. Room servicing is also very good.

Executive stay for big family. Owner very cooperative. Views and location excellent. Fully furnished with excellent quality furnitures. Kitchen with utensils, gas, fridge etc available. Washing machine, wifi all available.Room cleaning and water facility: loved . Owner very polite. I suggest this place for a wonderful stay.
