The Villa looks nice at first from afar, but when looking closer, you see a lot of issues. The villa doesn't seem to be properly maintained. The entrance gate lock is broken, and the front door looks like it's been kicked in or just falling apart. The electrics look dangerous and not safe if you have children around. Broken glass gate at the end of the pool with glass on the floor. Water fountains didn't work the first week until we complained, and one got fixed, but the other is still off. The bathrooms need to be re-done as the wood is rotting and toilets not fixed onto the wall properly, and one of the sinks didn't drain. The only good thing was the service Suresh, the servant he was very helpful and understanding. The Villa needs to be looked at and put the the standard its advertised as. We booked this place for my family to stay for our wedding and was their first time coming to India and was quite let down with the standard of the villa. I was hoping to give them a better impression.
