Club Mahindra Resort - Emerald Palms, Goa

Chill place. Very nice ambience. Great rooms. AMAZING FOOD. Slightly on the costly side, however never doubted its quality And even great for members. Great happy hub, a place for fun. Complementary games like foosball, billiards and other board games and other chargeable activities like ps5 and a few arcade machines. Great service from staff, room service and housekeeping.

Awesome Property to spend your quality time with family. It looks after all your needs at an affordable price and great hospitality. Raj Paul, Yogesh, Saurabh, Sharmika, Ghanshyam and Devi Prasad were very courteous. The food prepared by chef Tapan roy is excellent.

A decent 3 or 3.5 star property is how I would put it. Nowhere close to a 5 star standard. Having stayed at numerous resorts across North and South Goa, I can confidently say it isn't close to a 5 star. You'll be thoroughly disappointed if you go in expecting one. You might like it, if you temper your expectations.

Excellent stay, dining, Shramika was excellent to serve us with courteous ways. Vikram was chef. South indian food was to die for, very soft n sambar was too good. Room service prompt. Clean sheets n towels. My guests wete vety happy. Thanks

I had high expectations from this property based on my previous stay, which was wonderful. Unfortunately, this time was a huge letdown. The hotel feels old and poorly maintained. The furniture is outdated, and the toilet fixtures are stained and worn out. Even the towels provided were of poor quality. The service was far from what you'd expect at a Club Mahindra property. There was no warm welcome upon arrival, something I've always appreciated in their other resorts. Housekeeping was slow and not up to the mark, and room service was equally disappointing. It's sad to see the drop in standards. We booked this hotel again because of our past good experience, but it no longer lives up to the Club Mahindra name. Definitely not worth it in its current state.

Had a great time at the resort. Anjali. Raj Paul ,chef vikram, chef tapan gave us a great service along with other colleagues, gave us great attention. The food and the buffet spread was really good! Had great fun at the Activity club as well! The whole staff at Club Mahindra were really good!

Pretty much everything here is average. And there are no elevators, avoid if traveling with elderly. If you have the choice, pick the one close to Varca Beach. All happy hub activities were canceled. The people running it need to be more enterprising. The place does have its charm, though. And IPL streaming by the pool was one thing that wasn't canceled and was enjoyable. If you do end up going to Varca Beach, avoid Karma group sales peeps with their scratch card offers. They're everywhere.

It's luxurious and spacious resort, well maintained. Room are spacious and awesome. Has swimming pool. Happy club for activities. Dine in and room service. Can be easily approached from madgaon railway station or dabolim airport. You can roam around South Goa easily from here with rental car. Ample parking space. EV charging station as well.
