Chlorine content to be controlled in swimming pool water. Water is too cold and could not enjoy the water activities the fullest. Food is good, value for money - 600rs per adult. Peaceful place with sufficient kid activities.

It was like an amusement park with.. all required facilities..the Rooms are top notch...... Well maintained... had a wonderful night with my friends... Staff behavior was good ..they helped a lot .... A must visit farm house with your gang.

Absolutely amazing place to hang out with friends and family.... Visited it for the first time and it was a 10/10... Best place with very reasonable price. Very happy

Excellent place for overnight picnic with family and friends. It is almost 50mins away from Dabolim Airport. They have spacious cottages with clean and well maintained rooms. They have 4 pools in totality, 2 big ones for one day enrollers and 2 private ones for those staying back in cottages. They have seperate dinning areas for picnic lovers and those who stay for overnight . Restaurent is nice, good food. They provide good options for vegetarians. Service is quick, staff is polite. Ample of parking space. We observed cleanliness everywhere. Cottages have huge balconies. It's a best option to stay back. There are not much activities around but if you just want to relax and enjoy with family and getogethers this is the perfect place.

A nice place from all the hustle bustle of main roads , this silent location in khandepar is like a much needed relaxation place. Rooms are quite big , some have 2 washrooms which is thoughtful in case there are lot of members. The food is good , fish fry is excellent. Its a huge property hence getting around itself is a good exercise. They have a small cafeteria when u go down towards the small river flowing adjacent to property. The restaurant is near the pool area , near the rooms. Pool is big , good and clean. Nice place to have a day out or spend an evening with friends and family...just to chill and relax ...

manager and management doesn't even know how to manage things. Seriously I was on my bday night over there and there was another party which was doing their meeting but this management did not let us use the pool and music for that night though they didn't Book the whole place and this manager didn't even let us know when we were booking the place . Overall place is good but management is worse

The pool was very worst we can't swim also in the pool my eyes was burning can't open eye in water to much chlorine they put we also complaint to manger also but no response I prefer not to go in srk my experience was very bad

Pathetic place. Property is not maintained well. There are broken glasses and bottles around the premises. Pool was crowded with a group of 15 odd uncivilized people who followed no swimming hygiene at all (They washed baby cloths in pool, washed and rinsed their mouth in it). I doubt if they even paid entry fee for it or were allowed free of cost through someone's referral. But looking at their swimming habit made the experience worst for us. Lunch was almost over by 2.30 PM and we had to wait for our food. Rice was served uncooked. Rooms were unclean too. Overall it was a very dirty experience and waste of my entire day.
