I recently stayed at the Barbosa 2BHK Villa. The villa itself is spacious and well-designed, with a nice layout and good-sized rooms. The location is also convenient, and the owner was polite and helpful throughout the booking and check-in process. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor maintenance and cleanliness. The washrooms were not cleaned properly and didn't meet the expected hygiene standards. There were ants visible in many parts of the house, which made it uncomfortable. The air conditioner was not serviced--it gave off a bad smell whenever we turned it on, making it hard to enjoy the stay indoors. While the villa offers more space and privacy than a typical hotel, the higher price doesn't feel justified considering the lack of basic upkeep and cleanliness. With better maintenance and attention to hygiene, this could be a great place to stay. For now, I feel it needs significant improvement, especially in cleaning and servicing the amenities to match the price point.
