The behaviour of the staffs is so honest and so cool.l like this part most.Taste of the food items is also a big part ,my kids enjoyed the ambience and sweeming pool alots. We didn't felt like a hotel for two days the hotel gave us a homely environment.Kosal Yadav Sir is so interesting person who makes our stay so enjoyable.Suren Yogi bhayea was always ready for us. Really it was a wonderful experience for us to stay here and when ever we will plan to Goa,we will prefer to stay here again....

Neemrana's Three Waters is a peaceful heritage villa in Betul, South Goa, where the Sal River meets the Arabian Sea. The villa has comfortable rooms offering beautiful views of the river, sea, or pool. The rooms are well-equipped like Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea/coffee makers while still keeping their old-world charm.||The property has a lovely swimming pool where u can relax and an open deck that offers a great view of the river. ||The dining area is unique, featuring a large collection of seashells and corals, making mealtime special. The villa is surrounded by nature.||This resort is ideal for those looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, away from the crowds, while enjoying a mix of history, comfort, and natural beauty. ||The team including Kosal Yadav, Kaushal Singh, Surendar Kumar took great care of us. We felt welcomed all the time and the food was great. Thanks to the Chefs Shyam Darlami and Pabitra Bag.

We had a pleasant stay at Neemrana's Three Waters Goa. If you are looking for some place quiet, serene yet comfortable and family friendly- Then this is the place for you.||The rooms are cozy and spacious. The king size bed was gigantic that was enough for my family. Good thing about food was that it was prepared fresh every time.||Kaushal singh and Kaushal yadav from the hotel staff were very supportive, friendly and helpful.||Some improvements I can suggest is the price. Hotel tariff is slightly high, Food prices are also slightly high, and lastly some additions can me made in the high tea like Neemrana has multiple snacks options at other places.||Overall it was an amazing stay. I would like to visit again and recommend this hotel to others

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful heritage villa in Betul, Goa, with a serene lake view that made our experience even more special. The property is well-maintained, with clean and pleasant rooms that offered both comfort and charm. A big thank you to Corin for her exceptional hospitality and to all the staff who were always friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a perfect mix of local flavors and classic favorites. What truly stood out was the extra care they took in making our stay comfortable. They were incredibly thoughtful, especially when it came to helping with our 3-year-old son--providing him with milk at night and offering child-friendly food when needed. This kind of personalized service made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch service!

Everyone was hospitable and accommodated to my needs even pre-arriving at the hotel. I was able to get an early check-in as I arrived around 7am. ||The room was modest, clean and comfortable with spectacular views with the sea. ||What made my trip memorable was booking the coach/taxi with our driver, Yawar, who helped us with many requests such as getting errands and he took us to scenic places we wouldn't have known about in South Goa.||Made-to-order breakfasts were provided - which you get to eat whilst looking out into the waters. ||Neemrana is located close to Betul fort which you can walk to in the morning - a lovely 5-10min stroll with beautiful sights of the sea to one side and extremely tall coconut trees to the left. We saw herons and monkeys during our stay. Even though the path was littered with bits of trash coming from the sea, this didn't take away the beauty of the place. ||An advice though - the location is a little more remote from the main eating/shopping area. Booking taxis back to Betul may be more involved, but this is mitigated if you wouldn't mind paying a little more for the taxi service with Neemrana directly.

Room was beautiful with a river view.|This place is perfect if you're looking for peace,calm and relaxation!||During my stay I got the chance to meet Ms.Corine, Mr. Cryson &Mrs Brenda who are very efficient and professional at their work....||Hat's off to Chef. Shyam Darlami, for cooking most delicious meals , from pasta to Indian dishes to breakfast everything was perfect and delicious |The restaurant has a wide range of Sea Shells and corals on the wall, very beautiful.

Amazing place and amazing hospitality. Calm, serene and soothing.|Staff was amazing. Both the Kosal's at the reception were amazing including Surinder and other staff. Vacation well spent. I will surely recommend this property to folks who want to have a place with true Goa around.

The property is so beautiful & the food was sooo delicious. We ordered Thai red curry and lemon garlic calamari. It was magic. The staff was so sweet. Would love to back only to meet them again & for the food definitely. The chef even helped us choose what will go better with our cravings, it was such a personal experience
