Unprofessional and Unsafe - Not Recommended My experience at Sundaze Guesthouse was extremely disappointing. The room I had booked was given to someone else, and there was no proper explanation or accountability. To make matters worse, a staff member named Tilak was drunk during duty hours, which made us feel very unsafe. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in any hospitality setting. On the other hand, Nandan from the staff was quite helpful and polite, but that alone couldn't salvage the situation. The overall experience was unprofessional and unsettling. I do not recommend Sundaze Guesthouse to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to stay.

I had the most delightful stay at Sundaze Guest House! The ambiance was incredibly cozy and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff, particularly Mr. Tilak and Mr. Nanda, went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, making our stay truly memorable. Mr. Leander, the owner, exudes hospitality and warmth, ensuring guests feel welcome and cared for throughout their stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Sundaze Guest House to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Staying at Sundaze Guesthouse turned out to be a truly terrible experience. Despite the positive reviews we had seen on Google, our actual stay was a nightmare. As soon as we entered our room, an unpleasant smell overwhelmed us. The room was infested with cockroaches and other insects, making it almost impossible to relax. The bathroom was in a deplorable state, very dirty and poorly maintained, and the towels provided were far from clean. To make matters worse, the room was extremely small and cramped, offering no comfort or solace from the numerous problems we encountered. Its the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I strongly discourage anyone from booking a stay there. You will be extremely disappointed. Don't trust the pictures uploaded by them.

Very good place to stay. But on the ground floor rooms need to be renovated, Sometimes curtains fall at midnight When I was staying there. Service is so good. Location near Miramar Beach. Nice place to stay for friends and families. Budget friendly. Visit goa November and December. You will see the festival mode in that particular month in Goa. Thank you.

Neat, clean and comfortable rooms. We had booked the family room and found it spacious and luxurious. Reasonable and affordable rates for a luxurious room. The management and staff Tilk are very friendly and helpful. There is someone available 24x7. We enjoyed our stay and our children loved it so much that my 1yr old had a smile on his face all through our stay. Looking forward to visiting it again.

Sundaze Home Stay in Goa is a charming retreat with cozy rooms and personalized service. The warm hospitality and tranquil atmosphere make it a top choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended.

Inhumane staff and owner. He will get proper treatment. Good treatment. If owner didn't apologise for his mistake, and give full payment back to me, He will be done . That's my promise and i don't tolerate injustice and fraud services. Bed bugs, AC not working and what too many mosquitoes and what not. This property will gets closed or else set to
