Miramar Residency - GTDC

Stayed for 2 nights in a standard room. The overall condition of the rooms was extremely poor and clearly lacked proper maintenance. The bathroom was dirty, with visible stains, and the door was old, flimsy, and chipped at the corners. The AC barely worked, and the dustbin hadn't even been cleared when we checked in. The elevator, though functional, was also unclean. Linen and bath towels were not fresh/properly washed. The photos on the official website are quite misleading and do not reflect the actual state of the rooms. That said, the exterior of the property and the cottages appear decently maintained, and there is ample car parking available. The staff were courteous and helpful. The biggest plus is the location -- right by the beach, with beautiful tree-lined avenues perfect for long walks. GTDC has a great opportunity here: with proper renovation and upkeep, this property could truly do well.

Dilapidated, ramshackle Place which used to thrive once ! Stayed here in 1996, it was nicely kept. It is very close to Miramar beach and has access to Panjim and Dona Paula. If you are looking for a cheap option, this is the place. But the GTDC and the government needs to make this premium property liveable and upkeep the lawns.

Good rooms with a good atmosphere. The beach is very nice but i think there are better beaches than this in goa. And the staff was average... We can do rafting at a reasonable price. You can visit this place

Worst experience ever sorry to say this but I am disappointed with miramar residences no tv working walls are cracked no room service food in restaurant comes after 20 minutes, don't book this property go for beaches one or panji one this property need restoration avoid it try private hotels in miramar

It's high time to renovate rooms. Very soecious resort with swing pool, beach at walking distance. Excellent location. Ample parking. Good restarunt.

The restaurant is pretty badly maintained. Used clothes and bottles stacked in the entrance passage , dirty table cloths, dilapidated furniture in dining hall

Extremely amazing location. However, being a non privately managed organization pls be prepared for a basic accommodation and nothing more
