5* everything. Thank you so much for having me at your fantastic hotel. Your staff team are what made my stay so amazing. I arrived for 2 nights and then return for 1 night, 2 weeks later. During this time the hotel kindly looked after some luggage for me. Also, they arranged for my post to be sent after I left as I didn't have time to go to the post office as I had to leave before it opened. A nice touch!! They were all highly communicative via WhatsApp. I would 100% recommend this hotel and definitely return again. Thank you and keep on doing what you are doing !!!

The hotel has been serving tourists for the last 25 years and still very well maintained ! The rooms are decent and clean with attached toilet and bath and a cute little balcony .. Amenities such as TV , fridge , WiFi etc were available The meals in the restaurant were tasty and as per our liking with less oil and spices. The staff was cooperative and friendly We enjoyed our stay! We will definitely choose this again..

We stayed at this property for 4 to 5 days and overall we are very happy with the ssrvices. There was some tichnical issue with the new TV and they immediately changed the TV set. Also, staff, food, rooms, location and connectivity to the Goa points to be visited is well enough. My car parking and security was also safe.

Good hotel in a convenient location, especially if you are visiting areas in and around Panjim. It's located in a quiet room lane close to Mariott, Goa. Rooms are well-maintained, staff is cooperative and there is a basic breakfast on offer. There is a restaurant offering Indian and Indian Chinese food. Some basic western dishes such as as Pasta, grilled chicken etc will make it more attractive.

Very bad experience... Online booking cheated us, charging room rent 3000 per night, no breakfast, no lunch, no wifi, fake online pictures Room not worth even 1500 Very bad @easemytrip

Clean rooms with decent service. In-house restaurant has limited options for breakfast but ok for the price.

A very silent and Boring place.... Hotel surroundings are not for entertainment purposes..no night outs..no market...after 8 pm all things boring... don't go to this place

The only good thing about is location that is close to miramar beach otherwise is way too expensive. Rooms were too tiny, not a comfoetable matresses. Rooms were apparently clean but in our room basin as well bathroom was clogging. There were cockroachea around the room. Though staff was polite there is nothing much too offer in hotel. We stayed for two days bt felt like it was waste of money.
