I would definitely recomment this hotel for a stay in Panaji. It is much better than it looks in the photos and my family and I were extremely comfortable and well looked after during out 9 day stay. The breakfast is very varied and there are even options for Gluten Free. The swimming pool is a real bonus as is the small but well equipped gym. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. It is well situated and our rooms were very peaceful. The staff are so helpful and professional. We plan to stay here again.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at fortune miramar, goa and I am delight to share my experience. The quality of the food exceeded all expectations, with every dish prepared to perfection and present with elegance. The service was exemplary the staff demonstrate exceptional professionalism, attentivess , and courtesy throughout the events. Every details was thoughtfully arranged , creating a seamless and memorable celebration. I extend my sincere appreciation to the entire team ..special thanks to Dipak ,Israfil. For their outstanding hospitality and for making this occasion truly special.

I had a conference here. Israfil was assisting me from the hotel end. He was promot and solved my issues. Good hospitality. Experience was good. I had 2 day conference. Food was also good overall good the service was prompt and he was handling the entire conference

We recently stayed at Miramar Fortune, and as always, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by everyone at the Front Desk and Orchid Restaurant. While I regret not noting down all the names, I do remember Mrinalini. However, this is not a reflection of the team's efforts; they are true gems, and their hospitality is the reason we keep coming back to Miramar Fortune.||A special shout-out to Front Office Manager, Ashley Fernandes, who went above and beyond to make our group of nine, including five senior citizens, feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable. His genuine warmth and attention to detail in room allocation made our stay not only comfortable but truly enjoyable. It's the dedication of people like him, along with the staff at Orchid, that makes us feel like we are at home away from home.||Thank you!

A minutes walk from Miramar beach and sitting on the main road, one could not ask for a better location. Plenty of taxis by the beach, an added plus point. Staff are very friendly, kind, and honest. Breakfast buffet is very nice except for the cold cuts which could be improved. Cosy area around the swimming pool, a small gym, and good rooms. Walking distance from a few restaurants and coffee places.

The place is centrally located and close to panjim city and Miramar beach. We a group of 8 went for womens day dinner. The ambience and the live band was awesome. The food was terrible, it was cold, salty and looked unappetizing. The starters were dipped in oil and limpy. The biryani was salty, the vegetables were under cooked. The dessert was nowhere close to what you expect from a ITC group hotel. Overall it was a terrible experience. I would never go to this place to eat. Was wondering if the restaurant had cut corners to attract people to come for the women's day celebration? Never expected a ITC group hotel to do this.

The staff has been extremely courteous and supportive ..especially at the Front office . Want to share 2 positive experiences: 1) .on 18 th Ms. Supriya really helped me providing me with one complementary printout which I urgently required 2) especially want to thank the Front Office Associate Mr.Aditya at the reception who was on night duty on 18 th .. He was extremely helpful .. he not only ensured that my early morning check out went smooth , but also came to my room to pick my luggage and also ensured that I got a packed breakfast ( as the buffet breakfast was yet to be open ) which was made ready absolutely as per my liking ( which he checked previous night itself ) before my check out .. Aditya was the epitome of professionalism , warmth and hospitality at its best .. thank you Aditya for your support

The best thing about this hotel was Ashley Fernandez. We had a few issues with our booking which he worked tirelessly to resolve. He also helped us sort the cancellation of our onward hotel making many phone calls on our behalf. He went above and beyond in our assistance. We could not praise his efforts enough. An excellent hotel close to Miramar beach and Panjim City. To hotel was modern and clean with spacious rooms. Great supply of complimentary water every day. Breakfast was good with attentive service.
