Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon, Goa

It was a family holiday. So the 3 families drove down to Goa. The porch of the hotel was awesome with a nice fountain and an arc above with lights and our cars were valet parked. Those guys were good taking utmost care of our vehicles. The hotel reception was beautiful with the view of the sea. Diksha our hostess welcomed us and guided me through the check in process while my folks enjoyed a welcome drink. Had booked a deluxe room but was upgraded to the club rooms a good move by taj. |The rooms were spic and span . I have no words to explain the room has to be experienced. It's like sitting in a high chariot and watching the expanse of the sea and coastline. It had a bathtub and good toiletries all were comfortable. The home keeping team were robust and did their job well. ||The restaurant we were helped by puja and laveena, we had taken a meal package. The chefs and kitchen staff were in full steam doing their job well. A large corporate conference was going on serving about 500 guests but none of the dishes were empty or change in taste. |The pool and the gym weee good though some gym equipment needed Maintainance. |The children's play area was well kept with good facilities for the kids. |Check out was good some confusion as it was my treat but my brothers name surfaced on all the billing documents the reception staff Saloni raj helped us with that|On the whole it was a great holiday and an amazing experience. |Thanks to the team at taj cida de goa horizon.

Ms. Vishakha Gehani and Mr. Arun made our check-in experience seamless and pleasant, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. And Veebhav from heritage he went above and beyond||||We visited the C2C restaurant for a coffee and were instantly impressed by the stunning location and the genuine hospitality of the team--it was truly refreshing.||||I had planned a surprise for my parents to celebrate their anniversary, and Vishakha was simply magical. she went above and beyond to create a heartfelt experience. From a beautifully decorated room to thoughtful gifts and a delightful cake-cutting celebration, every detail was taken care of with love and precision. My parents, visiting Goa for the first time, were deeply touched and so happy.||||Our dinner experience became even more special thanks to Nandini. She took such personal care of us, arranged a special mocktail for my parents, and surprised them with another anniversary cake. Her warmth made the evening truly unforgettable.||||A big thank-you also goes out to Muskan from restaurant and Sakshi, the duty manager, for their constant support and friendly presence throughout our stay. Taj Citadel Horizon in Goa offers a perfect blend of luxury and location. The hotel is beautifully set right on the beach, with stunning sea views. It consists of two sections--the newly built Horizon wing, where I am staying, and the more traditional building.||The Horizon wing is sleek and modern, with spacious, well-appointed rooms. My room (1261, second floor) faces the sea, and the view is simply spectacular--a highlight of the stay.||As expected from the Taj, service is impeccable, including a 24/7 shuttle to the beach (which is located at the other building).||One note for travelers like me who prefer a warmer room--the air conditioning is centrally controlled and always on. While you can adjust the temperature, turning it off entirely requires a manual override by maintenance staff, every time you want to turn it on and off. This might be an inconvenience if you're sensitive to cold.

Great service and amazing hospitality by Nandini, Divesh and Sujata.. very courteous and kind..they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask.even small gestures didn't go unnoticed from remembering our names to continuously serving us..this is the kind of service that turns a good meal into truly memorable dining experience. ||Food is spot on..very delicious with so many variety.|Highly recommend Taj

The people at the Taj Cidad De Goa are remarkably hospitable and always willing to go the distance to be of assistance wherever possible. The breakfast is good. But overall F&B at the restaurants can be improved.Overall, we had a memorable time. Would be happy to go back for the service!
