Don't visit this location by checking reviews in Google, either it is fake reviews or these hotel people have uploaded the picture of the hotel just to attract tourists. Place is not well maintained, staff behaviour is not good towards anyone. They don't have any concern about the guest, they are least bothered to attend our concerns and resolve it. They just want us to book the hotel and rest things they will not support us. What you see in the Google pictures and the hotel booking applications are all very old ones. Now the property is poorly maintained. ants on the dining sink area , poor quality towels and bed sheets. Only 1 charging Port was available which was far away from table and bed , in the room we stayed. Poor bathroom and flush was not working properly. The host is not friendly, "don't get tempted by the Google ratings. Over rated and Over priced".

Great room for budget traveller, location is near the beach and all the main city points! Cirilo Uncle and his family were welcoming! They have a cat & a dog! I felt safe as solo traveler! :) Clean Room, Good WiFi Speed, Small TV and great bed!

Best location near Panjim, close to Miramar Beach if you are interested in sunrise and sunset then you can head to Miramar Beach from bike it just 2 mins to beach. Rooms are clean and staff is helpful.

The guest house is located in the residential area, and you get to see local Goa people and their daily life. The rooms are compact and comfortable. With ac and fan. The hospitality is good. I love this place and will definitely recommend to anyone who is willing to stay away from those busy tourist filled areas. You can try local foods and buy awesome breads nearby. Very peaceful and calm stay for vacation.

Negatives: Uncomfortable Bed: Unfortunately, the bed in my room was not up to par. It lacked proper support and comfort, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. This was quite disappointing, as a comfortable bed is one of the essential aspects of any accommodation. Bed Sheets Need Improvement: Additionally, the bedsheet provided was not in the best condition and needed to be changed. It had stains which affected the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room. I believe that maintaining fresh and clean bed sheets is crucial for a pleasant stay. while the guest house boasted a lovely location, the uncomfortable bed and the need for improved bedsheet quality significantly affected the quality of my stay. However, if these issues are addressed, the guest house has the potential to provide a more enjoyable experience for future guests.

My recent Goa Trip became extra special because I stayed here. Owners were very humble and accommodative for all my requirements. Rooms were spick, span and neat and value for money proposition. Would love to get back and stay again. And I got to the same place again after a year and loved being there again. I love it being there. Home made food was just Yumm.
