Renovated before season. It's better to look for food somewhere else.

The rooms were not good, there were cockroaches in the room and the AC was leaking. But the staff was very good and gave us an upgrade.

I had booked some of my wedding guests in this place in January 2017 in over 12 rooms. The place is peaceful, excellent, clean, great food and staff. Mr. Kavlekar, the manager did a fabulous job with hosting all my guests and they were all very happy with the stay and hospitality. Good value for money.

Too good experience. Rooms were good and at very good location. Hotel is having good spacious area with parking and hotel staff is very polite and helpful.

The location is far away from anything and getting a taxi is almost impossible. I can't speak to the rooms as I didn't stay the night because it was in the middle of nowhere. There didn't appear to be anyone else staying in this place either. The hotel manager arranged for us a taxi to another hotel but at an exorbitant cost.

Awesome get away location in Goa which had good connectivity to South Goa. Staffs are humble and are always ready for going the extra mile. The owner is also a very friendly. Has a restaurant downstairs which serves good food. The staff there was very helpful with every request and has provided excellent service. All in all I would definitely stay here every time I am at Goa.

We been here in Deepavali 2017. Was splendid experience service is too good and environment is superb. Especially Arun and Rahul the staff members are very helpful and food was delicious specially garlic cheese prawns were yummy. Hope to visit next year again.
